Wanting. Copies of both parts are in the library of Mr. F. A. Bellamy of Oxford. These came from the library of Dr. A. Legrand of Paris.

Bellamy of Oxford. This came from the library of Dr. A. Legrand and contains numerous notes in his hand writing. A copy of the Prospectus was published in the advertisement pages of the " Stamp Collector's Magazine " of July, 1864, and a notice, with further particulars of the objects of the Company, appeared in the advertisement pages of the same magazine of August, 1864.
