Labor Law Vs. Employment Law

• labor law: Area of the law that deals with the relationship between organized groups of employees and their management.

• Employment law: The body of law that deals with issues related to the individual employee, including: employment contracts, wages, salaries, hiring and firing practices, discrimination, privacy rights….etc
