These features, common to all Feedalls,give you maximum productivity:
• Proper part delivery - Parts are oriented andplaced in a chute, with right or left hand take-off, or two track delivery• “Custom” elevators - Cleat height andspacing on elevators are designed to size ofparts being fed. Only minimum maintenanceis required for moving parts. Chutes, wearstrips, cleats and tooling are hardened for extralong service.• Custom designed accessories - Automaticbank controls, air operating devices, diverters,timing controls and other special equipmentmay be added with new tooling designs• Tooling plate - This feature controls the rateat which parts fall into the hopper. For addedprotection, it may be easily equipped withpolyurethane-lined baffles.• Adjustable elevation - Height of the elevatortower may be varied to suit the application.Extra high discharge heights are available.• Speed Control - Feed rate is determined bythe speed of the elevating conveyor, whichhas a self-contained mechanical variable-speed drive or infinite speed D.C. drive optional.Handweel adjustment is easily accessible.
• Feeders for smaller partsThe Standard light-duty machine is a Model
2400-C, with hopper capacity of 6 cubic feet. Ithas a 6" wide elevating belt and occupies floorspace of 30" by 60". Typical parts handled areball studs, rods, inner and outer bearingraces, trunnions and bushings.
For Larger work or higher feeding rates, theModel 2400-D has a 7 1/2" wide elevating belt.
• Heavy-duty feedersFour larger models share a basic design.
Model 2500-C has a 14 cubic foot hopper,requires floor space of 48" by 64", and uses a12" wide elevating belt. It feeds trunnions,slugs, ring and bearing parts.Model 2500-D is identical to Model 2500-Cexcept for its hopper capacity of 20 cubic feet.Model 2600 with 20 cubic foot capacity, hasan 18" wide belt and feeds pieces up to 10"long - large bearing races, motor shafts, shellblanks. Floor space: 60" by 72".Model 2700 has a 24" wide belt for feedingextra large parts from 2 1/2" to 6 1/2" indiameter. Hopper capacity is 25 cubic feetand the machine needs floor space of 60" by84".
Each machine is factory tested, using cus-tomer parts, to insure proper operation wheninstalled.
Standard delivery is 12 to 14 weeks from dateof order. Standard parts available from stock.

There are standard Feedall machines withhopper capacities ranging from 6 cubic feet to40 cubic feet. The hoppers are floor-loaded byconveyor or bulk handling.
