Don & Melissa Mays

Don, an Army vet and former Police Officer for Harrison County, IN, is

currently a driver for UPS. Melissa is an Independent Senior Sales Director for

Mary Kay. They reside in Elizabeth, IN and have a 27 yr. old son name Bryan.

They love going on adventures on their Harley Davidson Motorcycle, and

ATV. They also love boating, fishing, gardening, playing music and traveling.

Their vision is to eventually retire Don from UPS, sell their home, buy a motor

coach, build a barn to house the coach and to be a home base, and travel

the nation together, touching lives for Jesus, helping people to create strong

& healthy families by together building the Mays Mary Kay National Area.

More about Melissa’s Mary Kay career:

Melissa was introduced to the Mary Kay business at a party that she had for a

friend. When Mary Kay found her she was working full-time managing a restau-

rant. She was also going to Culinary school full time in hopes of becoming a

Chef and owning her own restaurant. She started her business in Feb. of 2001

to make a little extra money on the side. Within 2 months she replaced her

income. So she quit her job and now this is her FULL-TIME career.

Some of her accomplishments include:

• She earned her first Career Car in 6 months which helped them pay off $50,000 in debt in their

first 2 1/2 years in business. They implemented the Dave Ramsey’s debt snowball plan by selling

her old car, taking the money that was going towards those expenses and applied it to their

debt. She’s now passionate about helping others become FINANCIALLY FREE!

• Has earned 14 FREE Cars, 7 prestigious Pink Cadillacs...all tags, tax and insurance paid by MK.

• Became a Sales Director in 7 months and has lead her unit numerous times to the Top 10 in the

State of Indiana and #15 in the entire Diamond Division nation-wide.

• She and her husband were able to purchase their brand new 5000 sq. ft dream home where she

hosts many family gatherings and Mary Kay parties.

• In her 18 year career, her Unit has completed annual retail sales every year from $300,000-

$450,000. Her highest was $550,000 2 times.

• She has been in the National Court of Sales by personally selling over $40,000 retail annually 13

times, earning Diamond Rings and other fabulous prizes.

• National Court of Sharing 3 times for adding 24 Qualified recruits in a year. (3 Diamond Bumble

Bees)

• She has accomplished Triple Star 3 times (Diamond Necklace) and Double Star 7 times for

accomplishing Court of Sales, Circle of Achievement and Court of Sharing all within the year.

____Make a list of 50+ friends and family in your binder that you will share your new adventure

with! Put a * next to any potential Hostesses or Team Members. Extra credit if you reach

75-100. (The average woman invites 150 people to her wedding so I know you can do it.)

____If you’re on Facebook, are we friends? You’ll want to create a private VIP Customer

Group and schedule a LIVE event with Melissa. She’ll jump on for 15 minutes to get your
