CROSS Zlín is a join-stock company, based in the Czech Republic. CrossPark parking system was chosen for management of this busy, 570 spaces car park with 3 entries and 3 exits. After the installation in 2011, suddenly the drivers found space for parking with no problem any time of the day, going shopping was easy and parking within the time limit has also no cost. It seems that everybody is satisfi ed now.

Once upon a time there was a city. A city with a very crowded shopping center where people could not fi nd a single space for parking. Just imagine Christmas time when really everybody wants to do some shopping. The reason for this always occupied car park was simple – it was the last free-of-charge parking in the city center and many cars used this opportunity all day stay. Why bother, the walking distance to the city center was short enough and there was no payment for the parking... OK, enough with history, the city is Zlin and the owner of the shopping center soon realized that this situation began to lose customers.

CrossPark

CrossPark can be used at every closed car park, parking area or multi-storey car park. Also suitable for hotels, sport, culture or business facilities – simply everywhere where vehicle movement control in restricted areas, traffi c regulation and detailed parking fee payment accounting are needed.

Thanks to its variability and modularity, CrossPark can be used from the smallest car parks with just a few parking spaces up to complex of multi-storey parking facilities for thousands of cars with many entries and exits.

Using sophisticated control system, CrossPark requires minimum operator skills to manage parking. Multiple security measures prevent unauthorized intervention into system operation and cash fl ow.

CrossPark cooperates with various access control systems, prepaid resident parking systems and it is able to link up to third-party control and security systems.

Our system also allows easy integration of optional components such as ANPR cameras, PGS (parking guidance system), etc.

CROSS WebMonitor is web-based visualization tool for monitoring a status of CROSS hardware equipment and software components. Using WebMonitor system administrators and technical support can easily identify HW or SW problem that has occurred on the equipment. WebMonitor can be used to monitor most of the CROSS products and systems.

CROSS PEARER is universal and fl exible solution for data polling and downloading from various CROSS products and equipment.

WebMonitor allows custom confi guration of screens with maps with visualization of systems status. In case error or warning is detected, alert symbol with text description is displayed on the map.

The equipment is connected to WebMonitor using HTTP protocol. Based on WebMonitor request, each device sends status description as response. Data are transferred using simple text record (JSON). Most of CROSS products / systems are ready for integration with WebMonitor tool and their status can be visualized online without any extra effort.

Based on our strong know-how in data accessing and storing we have designed powerful solution which can be easily confi gured and customized. PEARER can be installed as a part of delivery of road weather stations, weigh-in-motion sites, traffi c counter installations or other projects.

PEARER is optimized for 24/7 maintenance-free running and can be integrated with variety of CROSS products. It runs on server side and is responsible for putting all the data from CROSS technology into one place. Data can then be easily accessed by other applications and used for presentations or other processing.

CVALIS (CROSS Validation Server) is a highly customizable and fl exible web-based solution for data validation and data integrity check. It can be used with CROSS products to monitor their data output quality.

CVALIS can be easily connected to database storing data from CROSS products (such as CrossMet, CrossWIM or CrossCount) to prevent data-quality loss. With predefi ned set of rules and checks, CVALIS can also be easily integrated within third-party systems, like Atlassian JIRA or Outlook.

CVALIS can recognize low data validity, HW failures, and invalid measurement and / or communication problems. CVALIS sends email notifi cations or create issues in JIRA issue tracking system whenever the data-quality loss detected.
