Thank YOU for Resident Referrals!July and August were amazing months for resident referrals at Charleston Pines! Thank you for helping to choose your neighbors. Please remember that we offer resident referral money for anyone that you refer to us that signs a 12 month lease. You can earn $300 per referral. This is a great way to make some extra money! Keep those referrals coming and let us know if you would like a brochures, business cards or something to give your friends, colleagues or acquaintances. We want to help YOU earn this extra money!
Parking Lot ResurfacingSoon we will be resurfacing some of the parking areas. If you have gotten a new car or new license plates, please inform the office asap. We will need to update your information so that if there is an issue with your vehicle, we now it belongs to you.
In addition, please make sure we have an email contact and current phone number for you.
Garbage Disposals and Sink DrainsGarbage disposals at Charleston Pines are NOT equipped to handle meat, rice, pasta, shrimp skins or shells, coffee grounds, egg shells, fish bones or skin, bones of any type or any other similar item. DO NOT put these items in the disposal. All of the water lines run together in one way or another, so if they are clogged, a backup will occur!
Owning a Pet is a Privilege at Charleston PinesIt is very disappointing to see all the pet waste around the buildings of Charleston Pines! Please remember, if you are caught by one of our contractors or agents of the company NOT cleaning up pet waste, you will be charge a $25 PER PILE clean up fee! Also, if you pet(s) are not on a leash, you are violating your pet agreement. We have had recent issues with pets getting out of apartment homes and almost getting hit by cars or scaring other residents. It is in your best interest as a responsible pet owner to take care of your furry friend. We don't want to have to increase pet fees to offset the cost of having to hire a company to come in and scoop the poo that you don't clean!
