There is a bitter sweetness to

places and old objects left behind

because of changing times or

technology. Looking at these old remnants

it becomes so evident that often the

simple techniques and tools of the past

were actually better – better because

they were so simple.

It is a great challenge of design to get

all the right features in the simplest of

forms. Just take a look at the dashboard

of a 1949 Chevrolet truck. It’s perfect and

a great example of good design that still

holds true today. When looking for old

objects to collect, one of the most

appealing qualities for withstanding

time is a simple, good design.

We have once again turned back to our

roots, by visiting places and things long

forgotten. It is a simple reminder to stop

and notice the beauty that surrounds us

daily, no matter how busy we get with

everyday trials. We have discovered that

the most wonderful things are usually

found in the most humble of places. These

relics also seem to have an appreciation

for being discovered. We feel the same

gratitude for our customers.

The glass cover helps contain the fragrance, prolonging your enjoyment while doubling as a candle snuffer. Each scent is true to the botanical inspiration it is named after. LED candles with remote are paraffin wax, each candle takes 4 “AA” batteries.

Remote has on/off, high/low option, steady or flicker flame option and timer. Each candles come with its own universal remote.

Our customers love the flexibility our LED candles offer for displaying chandeliers, mantel displays and window displays in their store.

Caterers and wedding planners avoid costly fire safety permits for burning candles and have switched to LED candles instead.

Since these are made of real paraffin wax, the same precautions apply – keep out of direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Each of our pottery pieces start as simple lumps of red clay before talented artisans shape each one using a traditional potter’s wheel. Nature-inspired glaze colors are applied by hand before high firing in ovens similar to those used for centuries. Characteristics of handcrafted work can be seen in the shapes, finishes and slight color variations-making each piece a unique work of art.

TERMS OF SALE

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Prepayment are accepted. We do not accept C.O.D shipments.Once credit card information is given, PHC retains that information on file. This payment method will be used to fill any back orders or future orders, without prior notification of charge at time of shipment. If a change in payment type is requested, it must be made prior to shipping.

Net 30 terms can be applied for after the third order with PHC. To apply for terms please provide a credit sheet including trade references that can be processed through Lyons Credit Services. Once the terms are approved the account will be noted Net 30 terms. PHC reserves the right to revoke net 30 terms if customer does not comply. Orders that are entered as “credit card to follow” will be entered as a quote, and inventory will not be allocated until credit card information is received. PHC does not accept “Hold For Confirmation” orders.

LATE PAYMENTS

All payments received after due date incur a 2% per month late charge subject to applicable state laws. Orders may be subject to cancellation if credit application or payment information cannot be obtained by PHC after several contacts, upon time of planned ship date.

MINIMUMS

Opening orders are $350, with $250 reorders.

Truck items, as indicated by the truck symbol ( ), must be part of a shipment totaling $400 or more.

All prices and minimums subject to change without notice. All items ordered under the minimum unit or in incorrect multiples will be adjusted accordingly.

SHIPPING

Default shipment method is FedEx Ground. Orders larger in size/weight may be delivered via common carrier. Additionally, if an order includes oversized items that ship by truck only, the order will ship via common carrier and will not be released until the total value exceeds $400.

CUSTOMER ORDER PICKUP

Call our Customer Service 24 hours prior to pick-up so we can prepare your order. We suggest that you also call us when you are on the way to the warehouse to prevent delays.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation should be requested at least five business days before your requested ship date. Please submit cancellation requests in written form via email or fax.

DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS

Failure to pay in full within the terms and conditions of an invoice will result in the loss of any discount or promotion. A revised invoice will be issued at the full price if invoice is not paid in full on time.

BACK ORDERS

It is our goal to ship all orders complete. If an item is back ordered it will be shipped when available unless specified otherwise by a cancellation date. Any back ordered item that requires pallet shipment will be held for future orders.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

All discrepancies and claims must be reported to PHC within 5 business days of receipt of order. Any noticeable freight damages to boxes or the pallet should be noted on Bill of Lading. PHC will issue call tags for accepted returns, and items must be returned in original packaging. Damaged items should be returned to PHC within two weeks of receipt of issued call tags. Digital pictures will be requested. Failure to furnish photos when requested will affect your refund. Returns not due to damages or defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges. The replacement, discount or credit for a damaged item will be at the discretion of PHC.

HAND-CRAFTED ITEMS

To recreate the look of primitive or “found objects”, we embrace hand-crafted items with variations in finish, texture and color. These are not considered flaws or defects but instead a characteristic of a great old piece.

It has always been our commitment to our customers to constantly search for the most competitive carriers to keep our freight charges as low as possible. This goal has helped us develop a revised regional freight program designed on the premise of passing on the freight savings to customers who place larger orders as well as determining the actual freight percentage based on the location of your store. We have lowered our minimum truck order value so you can optimize your pallet distribution cost.

For your convenience, we have labeled all items that cannot be shipped safely or cost effectively by UPS/FedEx with our Park Hill truck symbol.

The freight chart program is divided into numbered regions. These were determined by the distance to your store from Little Rock, Arkansas; the volume of the carrier activity to and from your destination; and the merchandise amount. In cases where the freight exceeds the published freight percentage, PHC will contact the

customer with the new freight rate – giving the customer the option to increase the order value. Accessorial charges (lift gate, inside delivery, re-delivery, within city limit fees (NYC), call for appointment) are not included in the freight program. Please advise us of any accessorial services needed when placing your order so the charges can be prepaid. Otherwise the carrier will bill the store directly. Customers in Alaska, Canada and Hawaii should contact PHC for freight quotes.

The years of spontaneous trips in the old flower shop van with little more than our toothbrushes has resulted in an impressive collection that blends charming American primitive and rural European antiques.
