Join me in welcoming Shirley Grignon
Assistant Property Manager
Shirley brings almost 15 years of property administration and management experience with condo, townhomes and apartment residential communities in Ontario and Calgary. She is excited to be working close to home and working with our homeowners.
On a side note, she has three grown children, 3 grandchildren, resides in Barrie and in her free time loves all things renovations, décor, home maintenance and repairs- and chocolate is okay too.

Did both the pools open as promised?
YES THEY DID!!!
• Shared Network Tower- North Park- in progress completion this summer
• Hall locker storage units- now labelled – audit of each locker and contents- Parkbridge locks will be issued –details to follow-
• Special Occasion Permits- SOP’s; If there is alcohol being sold or served to others in any of our community halls- you must have a SOP and it must be submitted to the hall committee and the Parkbridge office prior to the event date.

a corporate boardroom or a residence) or whenpublic consumption of a patron’s own alcoholis permitted at a tailgate event. SOPs are for
occasional, special events only, and not for personalprofit or running an ongoing business.
The Wheel, The Hub and The Spoke are not private residences. Your home is.

• Riverview Circle/Sunset drainage- North –June- approx. 2wk
• Signage- replaced pool signage; ongoing
• Creek Rehabilitation- in progress
• Shuffleboard Courts- South-completed
• Bocci Ball for North Park on request for 2020
• Electrical Upgrades – not started yet

• Lesley Sampson- Founding Executive Director• She is a graduate of Brock University with Honours, has worked
as a certified Secondary Educator for the District School Board of Niagara, teaching geography, science, and tourism.
• 1997/98 founded the Creekpark Coyote Education and Research Project- to advocate coexistence between people and coyotes
• She has provided expertise to the Ministry of Natural Resources• 2008- Co-founder of not-for-profit organization in Coyote Watch
Canada (CWC)• Focus is on a science-based education model that emphasizes
and fosters compassionate wildlife coexistence.• 24 hr hotline front line community an coyote support• Lesley is sought after by public, nature organizations, animal
services agencies, law enforcement and municipalities• Honoured recipient of the Volunteer Recognition Award by the
Office of the Mayor in Niagara Falls• Join me in welcoming Lesley Sampson to Sandycove Acres
