United in prayer, un-der the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in communion with the Roman Catholic Church, we will serve, teach, and evangelize throughout the community. Gorditas Plate Served by Holy Cross Cursillistas Group

po de Cursillistas de Holy Cross Cursillistas Group of Holy Cross will be serving a Gorditas Plate (Chicken or Beef) with the option of Sour Cream, Lettuce and Tomatoes, on Saturday, April 14, after the 5PM Mass and Sunday, April 15, after 9:00 AM Mass, and after the 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM Masses. The Gorditas Plate includes Breakfast Burritos (Eggs & Potatoes or Eggs and Chorizo), Sweet Bread, Coffee, Orange Juice and Ice Tea. ” The community of believers was of one heart and mind, and no one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they had everything in common.” ACTS 4:32 During this Easter season, the universality of the catholic faith is highlighted. We are called to share what we have with all in our community. As of the end of March 2018, we have a total of $2,962,152 of the $6,100,000 needed thanks to the generosity of our community of believers who are living the above scripture. The community of Holy Cross needs you now more than ev-er. We need your prayers, pledges, and donations to the GIFT campaign as we begin Phase 2 of our building construction. Our goal is to raise $250,000 during the Easter season. You can help! Pledges can be made online at www.holycrosscc.org/GIFT by following the link on our

website to the GIFT Campaign. Donations can be placed in the GIFT Campaign envelopes

in the pews and placed in the collection basket or GIFT box in the back of the church.

First Men’s ACTS.-Retreat (English)

For Holy Cross parishioners at Camp Copass in Denton Texas from the eve-ning of May 31st to the morning of Ju-ne 3rd, 2018. ACTS - Adoration, Com-munity, Theology, and Service. The retreat is designed to support and strengthen the parish community through fun, fellowship and sharing of faith.

Registrations will start on April 7th and 8th after the English masses.

The feast of divine mercy

“Wipe Your Soul Clean” This is a reminder that the Divine Mercy Sunday celebration is Sun-day, April 8th beginning at 3:00 pm. A Holy Hour will be observed including Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, the chaplet of Divi-ne Mercy, midday prayer and Benediction. The celebration will conclude at 4:00pm.

La fiesta de la divina misericordia. “Limpie su Alma” Esto es un recordatorio, que la Celebración del Domingo de la Divina Misericordia es el 8 de abril comenzando alas 3:00 pm.
