The hotels name has been distorted due to the paper plane flying through it and leaving a trail with the paper plane placed in the top left hand corner of the logo. The dashed trail the paper plane leaves behind will also be applied to other branded products as a consistent link between the range. I have also included three symbols that represent travel, the hotel logo, being the paper plane,the globe and a suitcase.

Branded products, digital:

This is the range of branded products for the hotel. The collection consists of travel symbol stickers, a letter head, set of business cards, a post card and two menus, a drinks and a food menu.

Products:There are two copies of the letter head, one in English and one in French. The menus are written in French for a true feel of Paris with an english translation underneath.

The cocktails are named after famous french poets and writers adding some cultural context to the branding.

After looking at all my research and looking at what area

This is the website mocked up for the hotel, I wanted to use quite a lot of photography in this as I felt there was potential to make it look visually appealing through this form. The hotel name is placed at the top of the page each time apart from the homepage where it is placed diagonally down the middle, boldly and instantly visible.

Pages:

Pages include a homepage, a rooms page, a dining page and a gallery. The main logo is used consistently throughout. The idea behind the gallery page is the main photograph takes up the majority of the page until you click on another one in the centre and the image changes and closes up to complete the full image.

The Café des 2 Moulins' claim to fame came in the form of Jean-Pierre Jeunet's instant classic film Amélie, which used it as the heroine's charmingly vintage place of employ. Ten years after the film's release, tourists still pop in on their pilgrimage tour of Amélie's Montmartre, but it has largely gone back to being a comfy neighbourhood café – minus the tobacco counter, which has been nixed in favour of more sitting room. The scatter of tables and bright red chairs on the sloping pavement is the perfect vantage point from which to observe the lively street market.

Hours – French restaurants mostly follow the following schedule:Breakfast is not often eaten out in France (a quick coffee and croissant at the local café will do)Brunch is becoming more popular in Paris. Normal brunch hours are 11am-3pm.Lunch is 12-2pm with most Frenchies showing up at 1 (some restaurants serve till 3).Dinner is 8-10 pm. Some restaurants open at 7:30 and some serve until 11 pm or later.
