FIELD: The twelve State Archives managed by the Ministry of Culture

PURPOSE: To Make more easy the Web Dissemination of Archives Holdings.To provide an Internal Management Software for the State Archives.The Management of Hight Data Volume.Translate the Archival Data Structure into other Standards.To be used as a Framework for differents Dissemination Archival Projects.

METHODOLOGY:Cooperation Work between Informatic IT + Archival Services MCU.Single Design of Archival Tools.Tool for Cooperation (Internal, National, International).On-line work and dissemination centralized in PARES.
