� Games against rival KingCo and area private schools� Typically 2 games per weekend – schedule out before December� 2 practices per week in area school gyms starting in mid-October� Generally high school rules, without zones and pressing at times for younger ages� New this year: Running 22 minute clock for younger ages (4th & 5th grades)� See website for full rules
� Cascade Travel League – 4th, 6th and maybe 5th (www.eteamz.com/cbtl )� Similar area feeder teams; dependent upon depth of programs� 2 practices per week� No zones at these ages, full court in Jan, 7 min quarters� 6th can press last 2 mins of each half; full game in January� Full rules on website
� Tournaments� 3 for PSTL: Cold Turkey(Newport - Thanksgiving), Wenatchee – Post season, Others: Monroe

Boys ETL, Cascade & Tournaments� ETL Eastside Travel League 4th-8th Grade (http://www.eteamz.com/etl)
� Play home-away series against rival Kingco/Eastside Feeder Programs. Games start 1st week of Dec-March.
� Games are typically 2 per weekend. Saturdays and/or Sundays. Schedule published in November.
� Practice 2 times per week in local area gyms. Practices will start in mid-October with some flexibility. November we start preparing harder with 2 practices per week and Tournament play.
� Tournaments (3) Wildcat-Program Tournament(November), Woodinville Falcon Classic(November), MLK/FOH(January-� Wildcat-Program Tournament(November), Woodinville Falcon Classic(November), MLK/FOH(January-UW)

� End of Season Tournament in March. Seeded tournament based on league play results.
� Feeder Bowl Tournament matches top 4 ETL teams vs- top 4 Wesco teams weekend following league playoffs. Ryder Cup format. 3-point shooting competition. ETL is the current owner of the title. Fun time!
� Cascade League 3rd,5th,6th,7th,8th (www.eteamz.com/CBTL)� Play games in Eastside Gym location against same rival Kingco/Eastside Feeder Programs.
� Practice 2 times per week in area gyms. Integration with ETL team and liquid environment. ETL/Cascade teams will practice together on occasion to build consistency and challenge the players to compete for their spots.

Friends of Hoop TrainingFOH is a local private basketball organization focused on developing kids for basketball achievement at the highest level.
