Parent Login: Access the Newman Catholic Online Athletic Registration form by going to the Athletics page

of the NCS website and click on Athletic Registration or type in the following address: https://

newmancatholic-ar.rschooltoday.com/

RETURNING USERS:

To start,

1. In the Homepage , Parents, with or without accounts, click the View My Account link to open the selection

screen.

Click at either red arrow

to start as a new user or a

returning user

2. Returning Users: Click on “View My Account or the Athletic Team Registration button on the Homepage of

the Newman Catholic Online Athletic Registration form.

Click on the “Login to My Account” button. You will be brought to the Login screen where you can enter your

Username and Password.

3. Click the Register dropdown and click on the student’s name you are registering.

4. Once you chose the student who was registered for the fall, you will need to click on the appropriate registration form as you did

with the original registration.

5. The form has 2 defaults, the first is you will need to re-enter your student’s current grade level. The second will be step 2

when you will choose the winter sport activity.

• All information originally entered in the fall should populate the form outside of the grade level and activity chose.

• Please update any other information that may have changed since you originally registered in the fall.

• There is no need to update the physical exam which is valid for the current school year.

• In step 6, although the example below shows the policies marked, with each season the policies and agreements need to be re-viewed prior to completing the registration for that season.

• The boxes will be unmarked and you will need to open each document, review the document, mark the boxes and click the “accept” button.

• Click “next” at the end of the page and the last page will have the “submit” button along with the cost of the sport fee due.

Please note: The example below is from the middle school form which has only 2 documents however, the high school form has 3 total.
