Programme Requirements• Show evidence of achievement in all 7 learning
outcomes• 18 months continued involvement• Involvement in a CAS project • Record involvement• Show impact of participation• Experiences adhere to CAS experience guidelines• Some balance across C, A and S
Working towards success.
Students work towards achieving success in the 7 Learning Outcomes:
1. Identify strengths & develop areas for growth 2. Undertake new challenges, develop new skills 3. Plan and initiate CAS experiences 4. Work collaboratively with others 5. Show perseverance and commitment 6. Engage with issues of global significance 7. Consider the ethics of choices and actions
Students should achieve at least one learning outcome in each experience… and all learning outcomes at the end of the programme.
Students need to provide evidence of their achievement in through reflecting in their CAS portfolio.

WHAT IS THE IBCP?

IB Career-related Programme
The CP is the newest IB programme.
It began in 2006.
As of 1 August 2018, there are 218 schools offering the CP in 23 countries.
5 ESF schools are offering it.
