Year 11 – Mr Waring Can you believe it, there are just 10 school days left until the half term break and 15 school days until the second, and last, set of mock exams; meaning the real GCSE exams are not too far away now. Has your child made preparations for what they want to do once they leave KESA? If they need any help, do ask them to come and see me. Attendance

The message from school is still the same, good attendance matters and will lead to GCSE success. Do everything you can to support your child’s ambitions, by getting them into school EVERY day of the week. Very pleased to report this week that a form class who came 5th last week, smashed everybody else aside to take the top spot with an attendance figure of 98.7%, that class is 11N! Well done to them and their form tutor of course. They were closely followed by 11R with 97.8%. Year 11 Stars of the Week Awards

Please remember to bring a calculator to every lesson!

It is crucial that all students, in every year group, bring a calculator to every lesson.

Vast majority of scientific calculators are fine. It is incredibly important students know how to use their own calculator!

The easiest to understand, most accessible, and best value is the Casio fx-83GT PLUS.

Any questions, please ask
