The America that’s celebrated no longer exists.

The holiday oratory deceitfully describes America as though it were the unique land of liberty that once was. Politicians thank the Almighty for conferring the blessings of liberty on a country that no longer enjoys those blessings. The original freedom and security have disappeared – even though the oratory lingers on.

What made America unique is now gone, and we are much the same as Germany, France, England, or Spain, with:

confiscatory taxes with no representation (sound familiar?)a Constitution and Bill of Rights that are symbolic only – merely documents used to justify governmental actions that are in fact prohibited by those documents,business regulated by the state in the most minute detail,no limits on what Congress or the President might decide to do.80% of federal agencies/activities are unconstitutionala fraud usurper sitting in the White House for 7+ yearsnot one congressman will do their mandamus interposition to im-peach this treasonous criminal soetoro/obamaworst of all the depravity America has become is the complicit tol-erance of CHILD MURDERthe churches have become complicitly silent and part of the psy-ops behavior modification supporting said evil

The Founders Word: VOID!

When it comes to limits of federal power under the Constitution, the view of many Founding Fathers fits under the same theme. That is, fed-eral acts outside of the Constitution are null and void.

Oliver Ellsworth, the Supreme Court’s third Chief Justice, put it this way during the ratification debates: “If the United States go beyond their powers, if they make a law which the Constitution does not authorize, it is void.”
