Following organisational redesign appointed by Aviva Executive to manage key strategic partnership with Santander for Household and all Creditor product portfolio of c£230m GWP per annum. Key influencer in moving relationship from a contentious position to an extremely positive one.

In 2009/10 led the successful 2011-2014 renewal negotiations following competitive market tender exercise by Santander.

Delivered GWP and COR targets. Managed partner negotiations in 2008/9 to deliver extended contracting terms and duration to

existing arrangements. Successfully managed transition of Santander’s strategic IT platform, Partenon, for FNOL

services from Capita to Aviva. Managed both direct and virtual team to ensure delivery against key strategic goals at the
