INTRODUCTION
I could divide my life neatly into two parts: before beating parasites and after.
After is better.
A few years ago, I made the decision to start improving my health for the sake of
being more focused. I slowly started reading about different healthy diets and started to
gain deeper insights about diet and nutrition; eventually I uncovered some of the
universal truths in the worlds of health and nutrition. I slowly started improving my diet
and seeing significant progress. I cut out junk food, white flour, and refined sugars. My
mood started getting better, and I was feeling much better than before. I was less
depressed, more energetic, and had a lot more clarity and focus. I kept tweaking my diet
and seeing improvements. I thought I had conquered health. At that time, I was on a
raw vegan diet, and thought I was the healthiest person on earth.
I still, however, had some unusual symptoms that I accepted as normal. For
example, and even though I was seeing major improvements in this area, I was very
often still extremely depressed, and I just attributed it to psychological factors and
dissatisfaction with life. I also started itching a lot, especially around my anal area. I
thought that was normal too. I had heard about parasites, but never suspected that I
would have them. After all, I’ve been on what I thought was a perfect diet for a while.
How could I have such a disease?
One day, I just got sick of my itching and my depression, and started researching
what could be the cause. I read somewhere that my symptoms could be related to
parasites. At that time, I was ready to accept that I had parasites, and my intuition lead
me to do so. So I did. I cut all sugar and carbs and went on a strict diet right away.
In a few days, my itch disappeared.
I was baffled. All these years I thought I was on a perfect diet, when in reality I
was doing more harm to myself than good. While I was on a raw vegan diet, I was eating
abundant amounts of fruits every day, which are loaded with sugar. I thought that
“natural” sugar is okay and in fact healthy, so I just overdosed on fruits. I couldn’t have
been further from the truth.
The amount of sugar I was eating caused my parasites (which I now believe I
already had since years before) to become very acute, which manifested in such
symptoms as itching and the extreme depression. These symptoms all went away as
soon as I cut sugar from my diet, but they would always come back when I ate a little bit
of sugar.
I stayed away from sugar for a while, and gradually, I started feeling much, much
better. (Unfortunately, I did not know most of the information that you’ll find in this
course and therefore, it took me a few months of a strict zero-sugar, zero-carbs diet to
see improvements, which was still good, but not optimal.) It was like I was transforming
into a different person. I never thought that diet could have such an effect on one’s state
of mind and happiness.
The biggest difference I noticed was the disappearance of my depression. Very
often, I would get extremely emotional and start crying for no obvious reason. I just felt
down and completely unhappy. It boggled my mind. And it happened very often that it
was extremely affecting my life and my productivity. Most of the time I couldn’t get
anything done because I was too depressed. After I cut out the sugar out that all went
away.
I continued educating myself about diet, health, and parasites; I constantly
worked on improving my health. The symptoms still came up when I ate any amount of
sugar, but I felt such a huge difference that I didn’t mind them every once in a while. As
I continued to learn more about parasites, I started taking some “anti-parasitics” to
“kill” the parasites, which worked to an extent. I was slowly, but steadily, making
progress.
I kept seeing small improvements over time, however I would still get the
symptoms back whenever I ate anything sweet, even if it was literally a handful of
berries. I knew then that something was still wrong and needs to be fixed.
So I researched more. I kept asking experts on the topic and reading books, until
someone shared their experience with me. He told me you could never get rid of
parasites completely until you removed the mercury fillings in your mouth and
detoxified the mercury from your body. That was the most significant health discovery I
ever came across. Mercury was the culprit. Not sugar.
As I pondered this further and read books on the topic like The Toxic Time Bomb:
Mercury/amalgam Dental Fillings by Sam Ziff, it struck me that I started having my
unusual depression and crying attacks very shortly after I had my first mercury fillings.
Ever since then I was inflicted with a deadly depression that I endured for years without
knowing what was wrong with me.
My mother had mercury fillings too, and thus she was also mercury poisoned.
She passed some of that toxicity onto me, which potentially, explains some of my
“weird” behaviors during my early years.
I already had my mercury fillings removed before knowing this, but I never knew
that I had to proactively “detoxify and chelate” the mercury from the body. The doctor
who removed my fillings said that it would just go away by itself, which was wrong. I still
had a considerable level of mercury in my bloodstream, which is why I was never able to
get rid of parasites completely – no matter how extremely hard I tried. Parasites will
never leave if mercury is present; they feed on mercury.
And so I kept researching, learning, and educating myself, not only about
parasites and mercury, but also about how to have infinite amounts of energy and have
the best possible health I can ever have. I wanted to be bouncing off the walls with the
energy of a newborn.
As time went by, and as I researched and read every health book I could lay my
hands on and attended every health seminar I could, I started putting the pieces of the
puzzle together. I found out ways to quickly detoxify mercury from my body. I learned
how to strengthen my immune system to the point that would make eliminating the
parasites a no-brainer. I discovered so many things that had a great effect on my health,
and started doing most or all of them, every day. That was when I won the battle against
parasites and started experiencing a level of health that I never thought was possible. It
was and still is unbelievable.
Through my battle with parasites, I learned how important it is to remove such
toxins from our bodies, and the significance of our diets in our lives. We truly are, what
we eat. The food we eat from day to day directly affects how good we feel, the things we
manifest in our lives, the people we attract, and how much drive we have to accomplish
our goals.

CHAPTER 1: WHAT WE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT PARASITES (THAT IS UNKNOWN TO MOST PEOPLE)
Parasites thrive on a high-sugar, acid-forming, low-mineral diet that does not
nourish one’s immune system. They are opportunistic organisms, and they rapidly take
advantage of any weakness in one’s system. When parasites reproduce and multiply,
they produce toxic waste products, which circulate in the body, poisoning and
weakening the immune and endocrine systems and draining the body of its core energy.
Over the long term, parasites can cause serious damage to our health. They
seriously affect our behavior and the way we approach our daily lives. They causes
severe depression, moodiness, sluggishness, chronic fatigue, low sex drive, a feeling of
dullness and lack of excitement about life, unbearable itching, and countless other
symptoms. Parasites can also have no symptoms, yet be silently killing us. It is an
extremely serious health problem, yet barely anyone knows about it. Eliminating
parasites is not an easy battle to face; it requires discipline, commitment, and knowledge
about the infection itself.
Do You Have Parasites?
According to Dr. Ross Anderson, 85-95% of adults have parasites yet are unaware of
them. Shocking, right? This means if you think that you have parasites, there is a very
good chance that you are correct. Even if you’re not sure, it’s better that you stack the
odds in your favor and assume that you actually do have them. A little bit of paranoia

Parasites are taking a serious toll on our happiness. They mess up with our brain
chemistry and neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, brain chemicals that
are mostly responsible for how good we feel. They can cause a deficiency in serotonin,
which is also called “the happiness chemical.” If our serotonin levels are low, we
constantly feel depressed, moody, or angry – sometimes for no reason. Parasites can
also cause a deficiency in dopamine, the brain chemical associated with reward and
pleasure. Dopamine rouses excitement for life within us, and if our dopamine levels are
low, we wake up feeling dull, unmotivated, and indifferent about life.
Parasites also make us constantly feel fatigued and completely exhausted.
Because they are always battling our immune system, they are depleting us of energy.
When we wake up feeling tired, it is very likely that our immune system has been
battling parasites all night. Our bodies were unable to get the rest they crave.
Eliminating parasites from our bodies can free up so much physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual energy for us. We are able to focus and concentrate for longer
times without constantly having the deal with the symptoms that arise from having
parasites in the body. We can exercise for longer periods of time. We can feel more
spiritually connected and less troubled. We can feel rested. The benefits we receive by
overcoming parasites truly are countless and cannot be underestimated. I have
witnessed and read about hundreds of cases where a person was constantly feeling

Detox Reactions

These withdrawal reactions are normal and may be challenging at first, but will usually

What most people, books, experts and websites won’t tell you is that parasites are
very intimately related to mercury toxicity in the body. Many people, including myself
previously, try to get rid of parasites by working on the outside symptom rather than
targeting the underlying cause, which is mercury toxicity. They take all kinds of
antiparasitics, cut all sugar and wheat, get on a vegetarian diet, and eat organic. They
seem to do everything they possibly can; yet the parasites don’t ever go away. Sadly,
unless they work on the real problem, they can’t make real progress. This is why so
many people notice the symptoms of parasites arising again as soon as they stop
following their strict diets and go back to their normal habits; they haven’t worked on
the root of the problem. This can be very frustrating to the individual since most of her
efforts have been wasted with no real progress.
Any approach to eliminating parasites from the body is flawed, unless it
addresses mercury toxicity first. Most books advise the reader to address the parasites
right away, without determining whether or not mercury toxicity is a factor. What these
people do not know is that mercury toxicity is usually the underlying cause of parasites.
It is a mercury toxic environment which is a perfect environment for the parasites to
thrive in, hence the correlation. Thus if you have mercury toxicity, it is most likely that
you have parasites as well. The right way, the only real way, to get parasites out of your
body is to first detoxify your body from mercury. You must decrease the load of heavy
metals in your body if you have any hope of completely eradicating parasites.
Ignoring the primary causes for this disease is also why most “parasite cleanse
diets” are unrealistic and not sustainable over the long-term. Nutrition regimens stop
working as soon as you get off the diet, and they don’t really fix any problems, nourish
the body, or rebuild the immune system. They are a quick fix, albeit a very challenging
and ineffective one.
I have seen people that detoxified mercury from their bodies and never had to

Regardless, in this day and age, mercury toxicity should be a real concern to
everyone, and we should do everything we can to always keep our bodies free from

plutonium. Mercury toxicity also has a high statistical correlation with suicide rates.
This is evidenced by the autopsy of several dentists, who have 800 times more mercury
in their pituitary glands than the average person. This may well account for why dentists

CAUSES OF MERCURY TOXICITY
Amalgam Fillings
It is impossible for anyone to tap into their potential and be as healthy and alive
as they can be, if they are mercury toxic. The most common cause is amalgam fillings,
also called “silver” fillings, in the mouth. Studies show that the mercury migrates from
the teeth into the bloodstreami. Furthermore, every time you chew on your filling, a
vapor comes out of it that is loaded with mercury, most of which you inhale into your
body. When this keeps happening over time, you start developing serious mercury
toxicity. You can watch a video on YouTube, named “smoking teeth,” that demonstrates
how that happens in your mouth. Because of this, amalgam fillings are extremely
dangerous and should be removed immediately.
If you have had amalgam fillings, then you are poisoned with mercury, or have an
unacceptably high level of it in your body. You need to start detoxifying mercury from
your body immediately. If you currently have mercury fillings in your mouth, then you
need to immediately go to http://www.iaomt.org/patients/search/index.php and find a
doctor near you who specializes in removing these fillings. Call their office, make an
appointment as soon as possible, and start a mercury detox protocol right after you have
your fillings removed. It usually costs around $200 to remove one filling from your
mouth, if you live in the United States. That is a small price to pay compared to the
damage that these fillings will keep doing to your health over time. Leaving them in your
mouth will only make your symptoms worse and your efforts to eliminate parasites
more futile.
Eating fish
Mercury and heavy metals are prevalent in seafood (especially sushi), and after
the Fukishima disaster in Japan, you should be very cautious with the kind of seafood
you eat. It is nearly impossible in today’s world to find seafood that hasn’t been
contaminated. Today virtually all fish are contaminated with heavy metals such as
mercury and arsenic.
Twenty-five percent of New Yorkers have toxic blood levels of mercury from
eating too much sushi, and 15 percent of American women of childbearing age have
toxic levels of mercury in their blood. Eating seafood is now something that has more
potential danger on our health than ever before, especially after the Fukishima disaster,
from which toxic radiation has spread throughout the Pacific Ocean. Therefore use
extreme caution when eating seafood, or preferably avoid it altogether.
Vaccines
Vaccines are another cause of mercury toxicity. Children born between 1989 and
2001 were all exposed to mercury in the form of Thimerosal, which was present in the
multitude of vaccines they were given at a very early age. (This mercury preservative was
removed from the vaccines in 2001.) If you were born during that time, you need to take
action to get that mercury out of your body.
