PREFACE

Practical training has been incorporating the curriculum of MBA, which

enables the management studies to finalize themselves with the practical aspect

of management. This is very important and beneficial as it cultivates in the

student sense of professionalism and makes them ready to face the real life

challenges in their respective future. Thus a student gets theoretical aspects in

classroom and how these are implemented in practical training in industry.

The main ob ective of practical training is to develop practical knowledge !

awareness about industrial environment and business practices in the students

as a supplement to theoretical studies of administration and management in

specific area like "inance, Marketing, #$M etc., it increases the skills, abilities

and attitude to perform specific ob in industrial environment.

"ortunately % got golden opportunity to visit and complete my one and half

months training at Pragati Graphics Pvt. Ltd., Indore. % got a chance to see

the functioning of import&e'port department ! imbibe a lot learning of

sub ects.

E:ECUTIVE SUMMARY

The organization has to be shown very progressive in the area of Printing !

Packaging of Pragati Graphics Pvt. Ltd. so it is the golden opportunity for

me to do pro ect report on this interesting topic. %n this topic we can include

the various information and many data which make it more understandable

and interesting.

% took the training in Pragati Graphics Pvt. Ltd., Indore . %n that point data

have been collected from the data of the organization and personal e'perience

is also helpful to make this pro ect. This report includes the Production Process

of the rganization. And also see what are the strategy and ob ective of the

rganization.

At the last of the report contains are conclusion and recommendation. %t has

been found that Pragati Graphics Pvt. Ltd. has a strong base of -'port of
