The Relocation Industry

Managing relocation in the current business environment has become increasingly complex and business leaders are challenged with an uncertain future. These unprecedented economic conditions are accelerating the restructuring and consolidation that is already widely underway in the global relocation marketplace, enabling a few dominant firms to gain footholds in local markets around the world.

Global corporate decision making has become more centralized and purchasing departments are more involved with the selection of relocation services. This often results in the loss of clients on the local level for smaller local/regional providers. PAR Advantages

Technology

Rather than manual spreadsheets and proprietary applications, Paragon provides real-time technology solutions custom-built for PARs to make the business more efficient and responsive. Normally, this level of technology requires a major capital outlay. But with Paragon, the technology is provided and supported by Paragon. PARs have access to an integrated suite of software solutions including customer relationship management, reporting and communications. These tools eliminate the time-intensive traditional processes and streamline service offerings and delivery. This allows PARs to provide clients with a higher level of service and accuracy.

Training and Support

PARs are supported by Paragon’s dedicated Learning Resources group and senior management.
