one (can) alter(the) words(of) Allah,and surelyhas come to youof (the) news

(of) the Messengers.34And ifisdifficultfor youtheir aversion

then ifyou are abletoseeka tunnelinthe earthor

a ladderintothe skyso that you bring to thema Sign.But ifAllah (had) willed

surely He (would) have gathered themonthe guidance.So (do) notbeof

the ignorant.35Onlyrespondthose wholisten.

But the dead -Allah will resurrect them,thento Him36 they will be returned.

And they said,“Why (is) notsent downto hima Signfromhis Lord?”

Say,“IndeedAllah(is) Able[on]tosend downa Sign,but

most of them(do) not.know ”37And not[of]any animalin

the earthand nota bird(that) flieswith its wings -but(are) communities

like you.We have not neglectedinthe Book[of]anything,thento

their Lordthey will be gathered.38And those whorejectedOur Verses

(are) deafand dumbinthe darkness[es].WhoeverAllah wills -

He lets him go astrayand whoeverHe wills -He places himon

can alter the words ofAllah. And surely hascome to you the newsof the Messengers.

And if their aversion isdifficult for you, then ifyou are able to seek atunnel into the earth or aladder into the sky tobring to them a Sign(then do so).And ifAllahhad willed, surelywould have gatheredthem to guidance. So donot be of the ignorant.

Only those who listenrespond. But the dead -Allah will resurrect them,then to they will bereturned.

And they say, “Why isnot a Sign sent down tohim from his Lord?”Say, “Indeed, Allah isAble to send down aSign, but most of themdo not know.”

And there is no animalon the earth or a bird thatflies with its wings, butthey are communitieslike you. have notneglected in the Bookanything. Then to theirLord they will begathered.

And those who rejectVerses are deaf and

dumb in the darkness.Whoever Allah wills -

lets him go astray;and whoever wills -

punishment(of) Allahor(there) came to youthe Hour -is it other than Allah

you call,ifyou aretruthful?”40“Nay,Him Aloneyou call

and He would removewhatyou callupon HimifHe wills,and you will forget

whatyou associate (with Him).”41And certainlyWe sent (Messengers)

tonationsbefore you,then We seized themwith adversityand hardship

so that they mayhumble themselves.42Then why notwhencame to them

Our punishment,they humbled themselves?Buttheir hearts became hardened

and made fair-seemingto themthe Shaitaanwhatthey used todo.

43So whenthey forgotwhatthey were remindedof [it],We opened

on themgates(of) everything,untilwhenthey rejoicedin what

they were given,We seized themsuddenlyand thenthey(were) dumbfounded.

44So was cut off(the) remnant(of) the people[those] whodid wrong.

And all praises and thanks(be) to AllahLord(of) the worlds.45Say,

“Have you seenifAllah took awayyour hearingand your sightand sealed

the straight way.

Say, “Have youconsidered - if therecomes upon you thepunishment of Allah orcomes upon you theHour - is it other thanAllah you call, if you aretruthful?”

“Nay, it is Aloneyou call, and wouldremove that for whichyou called uponif wills, and youwill forget what youassociate (with ).”

And certainlysent (Messengers) to thenations before you, then

seized them withadversity and hardship,so that they may humblethemselves.

Then why, whenpunishment came

to them, they did nothumble themselves? Buttheir hearts becamehardened and Shaitaanmade fair-seeming tothem what they used todo.

So when theyforgot what they werereminded of, openedon them the gates ofeverything until, whenthey rejoiced in whatthey were given,seized them suddenly,and then they weredumbfounded.

So the people whocommitted wrong wereeliminated. And allpraises and thanks be toAllah, the Lord of theworlds.

Say, “Have youconsidered: if Allah tookaway your hearing andyour sight and sealed

howWe explainthe Signs;yettheyturn away.”46Say,

openly,will(any) be destroyedexceptthe people -the wrongdoers?47

And notWe sendthe Messengersexcept(as) bearer of glad tidings

and (as) warners.So whoeverbelievedand reformed,then nofearupon them

and nottheywill grieve.48And those whodenied[in] Our Verses

will touch themthe punishmentfor whatthey used todefiantly disobey.49

Say,“I (do) not sayto you(that) with me(are the) treasures(of) Allahand not

(that) I knowthe unseenand notI sayto youthat I (am)an Angel.

I (do) not followexceptwhatis revealedto me.”Say,“Canbe equal

the blindand the seeing one?”Then will notyou give thought?50And warn

with itthose whofearthatthey will be gatheredtotheir Lord,not

for themother than Himany protectorand notany intercessor,so that they may

(become) righteous.51And (do) notsend awaythose whocall

your hearts, which godother than Allah couldrestore them to you?See how explainthe Signs; yet they turnaway.”

Say, “Have youconsidered: if thepunishment of Allahcomes to you suddenlyor openly, will any bedestroyed except thewrongdoing people?

And did not sendthe Messengers exceptas bearer of glad tidingsand as warners. Sowhoever believes andreforms - then they willhave no fear nor willthey grieve.

And those whodeny Verses, thepunishment will touchthem for what they usedto defiantly disobey.

Say, (O MuhammadSAWS!) “I do not say toyou that I have with methe treasures of Allah,nor do I know theunseen, nor do I say toyou that I am an Angel. Ionly follow what isrevealed to me.” Say,“Can the blind and theseeing one be equal?”Then will you not givethought?

And warn with it thosewho fear that they will begathered before theirLord, for them there willbe no protector and nointercessor besides ,so that they may becomerighteous.

And do not send awaythose who call

(is) on youoftheir account[of]anything,and notfromyour account

on them[of]anything.So were you to send them away,then you would beof

that they say,“Are these(whom) Allah has favored[upon them]fromamong us?”

Is not Allahmost knowingof those who are grateful?53And when

come to youthose whobelievein Our Versesthen say,“Peace(be) upon you.

Your Lord has prescribeduponHimselfthe Mercy,that hewho

among you doesevilin ignorancethenrepentsafter itand reforms,

then, indeed He(is) Oft-Forgiving,Most Merciful.”54And thusWe explain

the Verses,so that becomes manifest(the) way(of) the criminals.55

Say,“Indeed I[I] am forbiddenthatI worshipthose whomyou call

besides Allah.”Say,“NotI followyour (vain) desires,certainlyI would go astray

then,and notI (would be)fromthe guided-ones.”56Say,“Indeed, I (am)

onclear prooffrommy Lord,while you deny[with] it.NotI have

their Lord in the morningand the evening, seeking

Countenance. Notupon you is anything oftheir account and notupon them is anything ofyour account. So wereyou to send them away,you would then be of thewrongdoers.

And thus try someof them through othersthat they say, “Are thesewhom Allah has favoredamong us?” Is not Allahmost knowing of thosewho are grateful?

And when those whobelieve in Versescome to you, say, “Peacebe upon you. Your Lordhas prescribed Mercyupon , so thatwhoever of you does evilin ignorance and thenreforms himself afterthat, then indeed,is Oft-Forgiving, MostMerciful.”

And thus explainthe Verses, so that theway of the criminalsbecome manifest.

Say, “Indeed, I amforbidden to worshipthose whom you callbesides Allah.” Say, “Iwill not follow your vaindesires, for I would thengo astray, and I wouldnot be of the guided-ones.”

Say, “Indeed, I am onclear proof from myLord, while you deny it. Ido not have

whatyou seek to hastenof it.Not(is) the decisionexceptfor Allah.He relates

the truth,and He(is the) best(of) the Deciders.”57Say,“Ifthat

(were) with mewhatyou seek to hastenof it,surely would have been decided

the matterbetween meand between you.And Allah(is) most knowing

of the wrongdoers.58And with Him(are the) keys(of) the unseen,no (one)

knows themexceptHim.And He knowswhat(is) inthe landand in the sea.

And notfallsany leafbutHe knows it.And nota grainin

the darkness[es](of) the earthand notmoistand notdrybut(is) in

a RecordClear.59And He(is) the One Whotakes your (soul)by the night

and He knowswhatyou committedby the day.ThenHe raises you uptherein,

so that is fulfilled(the) termspecified.Thento Himwill be your returnthen

He will inform youabout whatyou used todo.60And He

(is) the SubjugatoroverHis slaves,and He sendsover youguardiansuntil

whencomes(to) anyone of youthe deathtake himOur messengers,and they

(do) notfail.61Thenthey are returnedtoAllahtheir Protector -

what you seek to hasten(i.e., the punishment).The decision is only forAllah. relates thetruth, and is the bestof the Deciders.”

Say, “If I had what youseek to hasten, surelythe matter would havebeen decided betweenme and you.AndAllah ismost knowing of thewrongdoers.”

And with arethe keys of the unseen,none knows them except

And knowswhat is on the land and inthe sea. And not a leaffalls but knows it.And there is not agrain in the darkness ofthe earth and notanything moist or drybut is written in a ClearRecord.

And is thetakes your (souls)

by night andknows what you havecommitted by day. Then

raises you up thereinso that the specified termis fulfilled. Then towill be your return, then

will inform you aboutwhat you used to do.

And is theSubjugator overslaves, and sendsover you guardians(Angels) until, whendeath comes to one ofyou, messengers(i.e., the angels of death)take him, and they do notfail (in their duties).

Then they are returnedto Allah, their TrueProtector.

[the] True,Unquestionably,for Him(is) the judgment?And He(is) swiftest

(of) the Reckoners.62Say,“Whosaves youfromdarkness[es](of) the land

and the sea,you call Himhumblyand secretly,‘IfHe saves usfromthis,

surely we will befromthe grateful ones.”’63Say,“Allahsaves youfrom it

and fromeverydistress,yetyouassociate partners (with Allah).”64

Say,“He(is) All-Capable[on]tosendupon youpunishmentfrom

above youorfrombeneathyour feetor(to) confuse you(into) sects

and make (you) taste -some of youviolence(of) others.”SeehowWe explain

the Signsso that they mayunderstand.65But deniedit -your people

while it(is) the truth.Say,“I am notover youa manager.”66

For everynews(is) a fixed time,and soonyou will know.67And when

you seethose whoengage (in vain talks)aboutOur Verses,then turn awayfrom them

untilthey engageina talkother than it.And ifcauses you to forget

the Shaitaan,then (do) notsitafterthe reminderwiththe people -

the wrongdoers.68And not(is) onthose whofear (Allah)of

Unquestionably, foris the judgment. Andis the swiftest of theReckoners.

Say, “Who rescues youfrom the darknesses ofthe land and sea (when)you call humblyand secretly (saying), ‘If

saves us from this,surely we will be amongthe grateful ones.’”

Say, “Allah saves youfrom it and from everydistress, yet you associatepartners (withAllah).”

Say, “ isAll-Capableto send upon youpunishment from aboveyou or from beneathyour feet or to confuseyou into sects and makeyou taste the violence ofone another.” See how

explain the Signsso that you mayunderstand.

But your people havedenied it, while it is thetruth. Say, “I am not amanager over you.”

For every news is afixed time, and soon youwill know.

And when you seethose who engage (invain talks) concerning

Verses, then turnaway from them untilthey engage in a talkother than that. And ifShaitaan causes you toforget, then do not sitafter the reminder withthe wrongdoing people.

And those who fearAllah are not

69And leavethose whotaketheir religion(as) a playand amusement

and deluded themthe life(of) the world.But remindwith it,lest

is given up to destructiona soulfor whatit (has) earned,not(is) for it

besidesAllahany protectorand notany intercessor.And if

it offers ransom -everyransom,notwill it be takenfrom it.Those

(are) ones whoare given to destructionfor whatthey earned.For them

(will be) a drinkofboiling waterand a punishmentpainfulbecausethey used to

disbelieve.70Say,“Shall we callbesidesAllahwhat

notand notharms us,and we turn backonour heels benefits us

after[when]Allah has guided us?Like the onewhom the Shaitaan has enticedin

the earth,confused,he hascompanionswho call himtowardsthe guidance,

‘Come to us.’”Say,“Indeed,(the) Guidance(of) Allah,it(is) the Guidance,

and we have been commandedthat we submitto (the) Lord(of) the worlds71

And toestablishthe prayerand fear Him.And He(is) the Oneto Him

accountable for them(i.e., the disbelievers) atall, but (only for a)reminder, so that theymay fearAllah.

And leave those whotake their religion asplay and amusementand deluded them theworldly life. But remindwith it, lest a soul begiven up to destructionfor what it earned, it willnot have besides Allahany protector nor anyintercessor. And if itoffers every ransom, itwould not be acceptedfrom it (i.e., the soul).Those are the ones whoare given to destructionfor what they earned.For them will be a drinkof boiling water anda painful punishmentbecause they used todisbelieve.

Say, “Shall we invokebesides Allah that whichneither benefits us norharms us, and turn backon our heels after Allahhas guided us? Likethe one whom Shaitaanenticed in the earthconfused, (while) he hascompanions inviting himto guidance saying,‘Come to us.’” Say,“Indeed, the Guidanceof Allah is the (only)Guidance, and we havebeen commanded tosubmit to the Lord ofthe worlds
