Mind is like a lake, and every thought is like a wave upon that lake. Just as in the lake waves rise, and then fall down and dis-appear, so these thought-waves are continually rising in the mind-stuff, and then disappearing, but they do not disappear for ever. They become finer and finer, but they are all there, ready to start up at another time, when called upon to do so.

#. How hard it is to control the mind! Well has it been compared to the mad-dened monkey. There was a monkey, restless by his own nature, as all monkeys are. As if that were not enough someone made him drink freely of wine, so that he became more restless. Then a scorpion stung him. When a man is stung by a scorpion, he jumps about for a whole day; so the poor monkey found his condi-tion worse than ever. To complete his misery a demon entered into him. What language can describe the uncontrollable restlessness of that monkey?

Leaf carving art is one of the newest art forms in re-cent years. It’s inspiration comes from the beauty of nature. Selective leaves are carefully chosen from the Chinar tree which is native to India, Pakistan and Chi-na. Chinar tree leaves closely resemblance the leaf of a Maple tree. Once gathered, leaves are then put through a 60 step process such as shaving, pressing, curing, dying and so on. The outer surface of the leaf is carefully re-moved without cutting or removing the leafs veins which add detail into the subject matter of the carving.Using the leaf as a canvas, skilled artist take full advantage of the leafs form and structure to create an artistic carving. After special processing, the leaf blade forms a natural permanent pigment, so the color is stable, and cor-rosion resistance. An anti-aging treatment helps the leaves exceed the durability of thick paper.

Wind turbines are used to gen-erate electricity from the kinetic power of the wind. Historical they were more frequent-ly used as a mechanical device to turn machinery. There are two main kinds of wind generators, those with a vertical axis, and those with a horizontal axis. Wind turbines can be used to generate large amounts of electricity in wind farms both onshore and offshore. The articles on this page are about wind

turbines.

Wind power is the

fastest growing

industry in the alterna-

tive energy sec-tor. Wind turbines

generate clean and green power for us

but they have certain precondition. One of it

is the power unit has to be set up in strong wind

area. But Green Energy Tech-nologies has developed a brand

new wind power generator known as the WindCube. It is smaller com-pared to the normal wind gener-

ator. WindCube is specially de-signed to set up on the roof of

a building in urban and rural areas. WindCube carries a 22

x 22 x 12 feet framework and its single unit can produce

a maximum of 60kW of power. Mark L. Cironi, who is the

president and founder of Green Energy Technolo-

gies, explains, “Build-ing owners anywhere

can consider being a part of the re-

newable energy picture.

Apart from other aspects, it will focus on efficiency of blades used in the wind turbines. The technology will help in increasing the efficiency of these tur-bines under various wind conditions. This is a significant development in the area of renewable energy after new wind-turbine power generation capacity got added to new coal-fired power generation in 2008.

No-body re-ally knows exactly how these gentle medicines work, but we think that an 'energetic signature' of the plant is transferred to the water in the bowl, and energised by the sun. Of course some physical substance is transferred too - aromatic oils and other chemical components of the plant - but flower essences are basically subtle, energy medicines, not measurable chemical products like essential oils. In the last few years there has been a lot of research into the idea of the 'memory of water' - which some believe may be the mechanism by which energy is transmitted in homeopathic medicines. Researchers such as Masaru Emo-to and his work on water crystals, and Jacques Benveniste, have both shown that there is something at work here, that water is an extraordinary substance, the nature of which is not fully understood.

All the major religions of the world use water for cleansing or benediction. The priest prays over water to impart holiness; holy words are placed in water to give it healing qualities; certain rivers and wells are considered to have divine or health-giv-ing properties. This is the realm of flower and energy essences. The adult human being is about 70% water, and if water has a ‘memory’ then our history, all our personal experiences, both happy and sad, are held in our bodily fluids. When the healing ‘energy signature’ of the flower or energy essence is absorbed into the energy system or the vital fluids of the taker, it resonates with this water and changes happen. The body has great wis-dom, and if left to itself it will try to revert to health and to a good pattern. system.
