GENERAL INFORMATION

HotelAccommodationsThe Sheraton Harbor Island East Hotel, 1380 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92101-1092 will

house participants and provide all meeting space. A brochure is enclosed illustrating amenities. The hotelisveryclose to the airport and freeshuttleservice maybe available (check the hotelboard in the airport).

HotelReservationsA room reservation card for the hotel isenclosed with this program. Please makeyourroom reservations

promptly by returning the completed card to the hotel ASAP. Availability of our room blockand the specialrates are guaranteedonly to those whose reservation cards-not phone calls-are received by the October26deadline. (Experience indicates that postcardscan take over a week within the U.S.A. and two weeks fromCanada and Mexicol) Late reservation will cost you a great deal moret Also note that reservations are heldonlyuntil3 p.m, withouta guarantee.

RegistrationA registration desk will be available in the Champagne Ballroom Foyerbeginning late Wednesday after­

noon. Pleasedo register. The Governing Board and Membership authorized a registration fee beginning in1982. There will be a token registration fee of $3 for all attendees. Please do register. A registration badgewill be required for access to the exhibits.

ProgramsPlease bring yourprogram with you. Additionalprogramsmaybe purchased at the registration desk for

$3. Programs may also be purchased in advance by mail from the Secretary-Treasurer (J.B.O., Elliott Hall,73 E. River Rd., Minneapolis, MN 33433) for $3.30 (U.S. dollars) or $6.00 for addresses outside U.S.A.,Canada, or Mexico.
