INTRODUCTION

Paperwork is a general term for the many different forms, invoices, lists, resumes

and work that needs completing in every business. Although computers have

eliminated some paperwork such as paper memos for the most part, forms and other

papers are still needed in most offices. In many offices the same papers can be

handled and processed by many people before they get filed, stored or shredded.

Many office efficiency experts advise that each piece of paper should go to where itneeds to go right away to be handled by that department or person. After reading

and working with each piece of paper it can be either filed, shredded, thrown out,

recycled or hung on a bulletin board. Paperwork that is still needed to complete can

be kept in a tiered tray. The trays should be labeled to avoid mixed piles of papers in

the trays.

The classic way of labeling the trays, or baskets, in a desk top multi-leveled

paperwork holder is with the words inand out. The in basketis for incoming

paperwork that needs to be done and the out basket holds outgoing paperwork that

is finished. Some office workers still label their desk trays this way while others may

forgo labels altogether. Some workers don't use multi-tiered trays for paperwork, but

may using hanging files to store papers in a deep desk drawer.

CONFERENCE OF ART : LOOKING INTO AESTHETICS LIFE

IPG KAMPUS BAHASA MELAYU, MALAYSIA

1. PURPOSE

Te purpose of this paper work is to get the approval from the director of Institut

Pendidikan Guru Kampus Bahasa Melayu about the suggestion to have a

Conferences of Art. The Topic is mainly about aesthetic life where it focuses on

Looking into the aesthetics life in art. This conference involved the student among

the IPG near by Kuala Lumpur and the student of Art Faculty from Universiti

Malaya and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).

2. BACKGROUND

To some people, art is very important. There appears to be something about art

that means something to many of us. The fact alone that some people are willing

to spend more money on a single work of art than most people earn in a lifetime.

Without aesthetic, design is either the humdrum repetition of familiar cliche or a

wild scramble for novelty.Because of many people nowadays appreciate the art, so this conferences will

help people be more understanding the art and the aesthetics in art life.

3. OBJECTIVES

3.1 Gain knowledge about art and aesthetic life.

3.2 Give awareness to others about the important of art and aesthetics in

everyday life.

3.3 Give people more knowledge about art and Malay craft especially about the

ways to create it by the demonstration.

3.4 People can improve the skills in ICT especially in photography and picture

editing using Adobe Photoshop software.

3.5 Understand and appreciate the art masterpieces and the message that

want to be described from looking at the masterpieces.

about the appreciation of art and to know one of the famous art

In the name of God with the most gracious and most merciful, Im proudly want to

say that I was really thanked to Him because had given me enough strength to

complete my assignment about creating a newsletter with the other two friend Siti

Hajar Aisyah Binti Isa and Nur Atikah bt Yahya. When I got this assignment, I felt

that this assignment had burdened me because I am not good in English. And I also

must complete this assignment within a very short time while there are so many

other assignments. I always thought that I cant complete this assignment. After

motivating myself that if I can complete the task for English for the past three

semesters, why not I can complete this task.

With guideline from the lecture Madam Muhaida Akmal bt Mohamad , we

done this assignment properly. Without his guide, Im sure that this assignment cant

be complete as well as we had done. I am so thank to him a lot. Then, I also want to

thank a lot to my friends because of their help and for the information that related to

this assignment. Actually there are so many difficult that I faced because I dont have

any experience in creating paperwork of conference and we never done any

paperwork in English. But after doing reference and guide from my friend, lecturer

and the other senior directly and indirectly I still manage to complete this

assignment.

In doing this assignment, I felt very happy and enjoy completing this task

where I learn some new things that I dont know before. For the examples, I need tosearch and done a paper work of conferences. At the first time, I thought that the

paperwork of conferences is the same as the paperwork of exhibition. For more,

confirmation, I asked Madam Muhaida my self and I post her a sample of exhibition

paperwork. After then, she told me that exhibition is only a small part of conferences.

From there I learn a new thing and I told my friend about that.

About the group work, I was very glad to have such a good teamwork. All of

us doing our part properly and always discuss if there are any problem need to be

solved even in wekends where we just contact each other using the technology

when one of us stay at home. I cant imagine if I need to work alone without the other

two friends because they always help me and we work together in every single thing.

For me, this task had attracted me to complete this task properly because this

task was very interesting. Interesting task will makes us happy and done it

extremely. This task was interesting because I must to create paperwork of

conference that I had never done before and it gave us new experience and

knowledge.

I think, this task will be more interesting if the conference will be held truly at

this IPG. This will makes the student to eager in doing this task properly as they

know that their work hard will be paid when they success to manage a conference.

The other student also will get new knowledge from the conference that was held

The project in doing paperwork was a very good learning experience because

the students need to work hard to complete the task. Why I am saying this? In doing

this task, we should find the interesting event that will be held along the conference.So, this helps us to improve our skill in searching those interesting facts. Other than

that, this task need us to find the format of the paperwork and what is actually a

conference before create it. It helps us to find the knowledge by ourselves. Im sure

that, without this task Im also will not searching for this knowledge. So this task

helps the student to search for knowledge by our own and help us to be more

independent.

In a nutshell, this task helps me to improve many things. Without any

knowledge about the creating a conferences paperwork, now I knew what is actually

it is? Other than that, I can improve my English and also got many knowledgeable

info and facts.

I hope that this task helps me too much and hope that I can apply all the knowledge

that I got along doing this task in completing the other task. InsyaAllah.

First of all thank you for god for blessing me to finish the assignment. For this column

I would like to say thank you to Puan Muhaida Akmal Binti Mohamad for helping us to

finished this course work successfully.

I had receive this task on 5 August 2011. This task I do with my friends, Nurul

Syazwanie Suhaimi and Nur Atikah Yahya. We must do this task by grouping and we need

to do a paper work. We must write working paper for organizing a conference by IPG

Kampus Bahasa Melayu. Based on the course work we as the members of the Students

Board, we organise a conference by the institute. We choose to do an art conference. Title

of our conference is Looking into Aesthetics Life. This conference is all about arts. Im

really enjoyed to do this task with my group. Since we cooperating we didnt have anything

problems at all. We really enjoyed it. After discussion we decided to divide this work into a

couple part. Then we do our own part for this task. So, we dont have to waste time.

I feel this project was a good learning experience to me. This is first time I do a

working paper. I dont have any experience on it. Actually, at first we didnt really sure how

to make up this working paper. Then like Puan Muhaida said, we can search the format of

conference working paper in internet. Just type on conference then click. Thats simple. But

we must choosed the suitable format for our conference. My favorite part in creating this task

is doing is estimated expenditure. This is the part that I have to do with my own. In this

project I become an accountant for this project. So I must do some calculation of our budget

for this conference. I think this is the part that very challenging to me. Its not easy for me to

specify estimated of each programme together with the breakdown of all expenses.

I think this is very interesting and exciting project because I have learned something

on it. Before this I didnt know how to do the working paper and not interested at all. Im

didnt have any chance to do a working paper. Through this task,I can make a conference

that organizing by me as the secretary of the Students Board and all my members of the

Boards. Thats very interesting for me because there is something new that I can do.

Even though I faced many problems during finished this project, I still can finished

this project successfully with my friend. Once again I want to give appreciation to everyone

Alhamdulillah. Praise be to the Almighty as with His help and blessing, my

friends and I could complete up this English Language Proficiency assignment that

have been given by Madam Muhaida Akhmal Binti Mohamad on time. A lot of thanks

and appreciation we give to our lecturer that had give much guidance and explain

ropes on this assignment. She also helps us a lot by giving the information which

enables us to complete this assignment with her victory and not deflected. To my

At first, I am very happy with the task that has been given to me.It is because

before this, I have only make paper work for small event,but this time I have to do a

paper work for conference.The task challenging me in whole aspect. Later, I found.

For instant, I dont have an too much idea about this task. I have to refer from

internet and our seniors and also my friends. However, this problem will never makeme give up as I have to be responsible to make this assignment.

According from the task that have given, I know better about my potential. I
