Materials / Specifications Cover the area of a 3 inch diameter circle Be 1 ½ inches high Have a 1 inch hole ( cylinder ) in the middle

of the structure, from top to bottom. One sheet of 8 ½ x 11 file folder paper One foot of ¾ inch masking tape One tablespoon of wood glue
