    all economically viable crop.

    Post World War II initiatives: Crop Diversification Programme i.e.

    planting of other food crops and not

    only relying on rice.

    Agricultural Food Crop Proclamation

    Programme by which a least 2% of

    cultivated area must be planted with

    food crop. Now, DOA continue to stay and lead

    the way in agricultural development
