Dearest Ka Chi students,

We have been waiting for a long time, and we are very grateful that we can finally come back to Ka Chi family to meet and learn together!

When face-to-face classes resume, the school needs your active cooperation on following the items on "Building Healthy Campus List" and work together to maintain a safe and clean learning environment.

"Building Healthy Campus List"

Before classes resume

○ Parents should submit the "Declaration form for travel history and health status of student" (eClass school circular 7) on or before 18 September.

○ Printed "Temperature Record Sheet".

Before going to school when classes resume

○ Check temperature and bring the "Temperature Record Sheet" signed by parents.

○ Wear a mask (also when taking public transports).

Arrive at school

○ Walk on the disinfected red carpet.

○ Measure body temperature and present the "Temperature Record Sheet" signed by the parents for teachers to check.

○ Rub your hands with an auto hand sanitizer dispenser.

○ Maintain a proper social distance between classmates at all times including recess time, when engaging in activities, and when queueing up for toilets or at the tuck shop.

○ Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you sneeze or cough. Dispose the used tissue in a covered trash can, then clean your hands thoroughly.

During classes

○ When necessary, use proper amounts of hand sanitizer placed in the classrooms and special rooms for hand rubbing only.

○ Remind each other to keep the air circulating in the classroom. (When turning on the air conditioner, also open a window and the exhaust fan on both sides.)

○ I sit in a single row with a "face-to-back" setting.

○ If I am going to other classrooms or special rooms, I will use the disinfectant alcohol to clean tables, chairs and keyboards according to the instructions of the teachers.

○ If I feel sick, I will tell the teacher immediately and take rest in the multi-purpose room. Then wait for parents to pick up and arrange medical treatment.

Recess

○ Starting from 29 September,

F.1, F.5, F.6 1st recess, stay on our respective floors or ground floor; 2nd recess, stay on our respective floors or the library. F.2, F.3, F.4 1st recess, stay on our respective floors or the library; 2nd recess, stay on our respective floors or ground floor. * The library will have a flow control measure of 40 people to ensure that there is sufficient flow

space inside. To enter the library, students may need to wait outside according to the flow of people.

○ Wash hands before eating and eat with sufficient distance from others.

○ To prevent the spread of disease, I will not use drinking fountains. I will bring my own drinking water.

○ Ball games are not allowed.

○ Avoid sharing personal items such as cutlery and towels.

○ Flush the toilet with the toilet board covered to prevent the spread of germs.

After school ○ Go home as soon as possible after collecting the mobile.

○ Only stay on campus when accompanied by a teacher.

Have joy at all times. Keep on with your prayers. In everything give praise: for this is the purpose of God in Christ Jesus for you. (Thessalonians 5:16-18)

Cheer up, Ka Chi Students!
