PURCHASE ORDERKindly ensure that your purchase order details are clear and contain all relevant information to ensure timely processing of your order. Express service (when required) must be specified on your purchase order.

ARTWORKPreferred format for artwork is vector-based.eps, adobe illustrator.ai or coreldraw.cdr files. All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines. The most accurate colour matches can be achieved when PantoneTM references are provided and the surface being printed is white. In the absence of Pantone TM references, a colour swatch or previously printed sample is acceptable but colour matches are less accurate in this case. It is not possible to produce accurate colour matches on any surface that is not white. Surface colour always influences the printed colour and it is advisable to order a printed proof if the colour match is critical,(Fee Applicable).As a general rule, orders for bright colours to be printed onto dark surface will be the least accurate, e.g. White printed onto black will appear dark grey and all basic PantoneTM colours and all central PantoneTM colours will appear very dull when printed on black or coloured surfaces.Metallic inks (gold and silver) have a reduced life due to thier formulation. SYMBOLS INFORMATIONInformation varies from product to product. For this reason, in the catalogue we have symbols beside each product. Examples of these are outlined below.

Ship Time - AverageAverage ship time means the average amount of time to produce your order from receipt of your approved order acknowledgement and artwork, subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to offer an alternative product at a similar price if there is a stock shortage. The following symbol denotes the average ship time, please add 2-3 days for transit.

Express Ship Express ship, calculated in working days (excluding bank hoildays) means the amount of time to produce a maximum of 2,000 pieces with a single colour print in one position (please enquire for multi-coloured printing), from receipt of your approved order acknowledgement and artwork, subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to offer analternative product at a similar price if there is a stock shortage. Customers can choose the express service featured or an express service with a longer lead time (where “5 Day” express is featured, customers may prefer to select the less expensive “7 Day” service). Please add 2-3 Days for transit. Express Service fees are charged as follows:

• 5 Day Ship Service: €0.03 (3 cent) per item, subject to a minimum of €50.

• 7 Day Ship Service: €0.02 (2 cent) per item, subject to a minimum of €30.

Max. Colour PrintThe symbol below denotes the maximum number of spot pantone colours which can be printed on the particular product. Please note that certain logos/artwork may not be suited to the printing process for a particular product (e.g. Thin lines or tones), for this reason it is important for us to view your logo prior to you making a final decision on product selection.

Refill ColorThe following symbols denote the standard refill colour for the relevant product. It may well be possible to source an alternative refill colour, however this often requires longer lead times and higher order quantities (often 10,000+ pcs).

DELIVERIESSome deliveries are subcontracted to third party couriers. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries by such third party couriers. We strongly recommend that you use our same day courier service for orders where delivery dates are critical. Kindly contact us for a quotation for same day delivery.

CANCELLATIONSIf an order is cancelled after work has begun or stock has been procured or supplied, the job will be charged for accordingly.

PRODUCT COLOURSThe product colours depicted in the catalogue may vary from the actual product colour, this is due to the photography, editing and printing processes used in creating the catalogue. Where product colour is critical to your requirements, westrongly recommend that you request samples to verify the product colour as we do not guarantee that the colours depicted are accurate.

GIFT BOXESUnless otherwise indicated, gift boxes are not included and if ordered will be invoiced for separately. A €0.10 fee is applied for inserting products into gift boxes.
