About us Pansambal Consultants Private Limited (PCPL) started as a small venture in the year 1992 basically catering to small and medium scale enterprises in Pune providing basic liaisoning services to help companies and firms to set up their businesses. Over the last 22 years PCPL has developed into a multi disciplinary Techno-Legal consultancy firm with its footprint across Maharashtra. The firm provides extensive advisory and liaisoning services across various industries and sectors. PCPL provides specific solutions to its customers be it a start up or an existing company. Pandurang V Pansambal, Pune A triple graduate in Engineering, Law and Economics promoted PCPL in 1991 and has been its driving force and guiding light. Backed by solid knowledge of laws, technicalities and ground realities concerned with setting up of companies and the resultant compliances to be adhered to Mr.Pansambal has built a niche capability within the organisation which helps corporates mitigate their risks in setting up their operations in Maharashtra. Over the years he has single handedly built and retained a healthy client base across various verticals comprising top names in both Indian and MNC corporates.

Pramod C Vedpathak , Pune With his origins in a top architectural consultancy and 22 years of hard core experience in the planning and approval process Mr. Vedpathak with a Civil engineering background brings a holistic approach to address client’s planning requirements post finalisation of land for creating the operating facilities. He also provides expert advice in the form of pre-feasibility studies of suitable sites and value added inputs which help the client take appropriate decisions.

Adv. Prabha Mangale, Ratnagiri A successful practicing lawyer with more than 25 years of hands on experience in handling land related cases and litigations heads the company’s Konkan regional operations overseeing large scale land acquisitions for infrastructure projects like ports, shipyards, plantations etc. She also oversees the company’s diversified business scope of Asset Development and Management portfolio of more than 3000 acres being developed as Maharashtra’s first organized commercial crop plantation being set up in Ratnagiri district.

Vineeth Naik, Pune A commerce and management post graduate having 22 plus years of Corporate Sales , Business development and Operations experience Vineeth provides a strategic advisory role in shaping the company’s future ventures. He also closely works with the management in setting up new business operations from scratch and is also actively involved in the company’s Asset Development and Management venture in Ratnagiri.

Suchana Jadhav, Mumbai Coming from a legal background with sound experience of practicing law Suchana heads the Mumbai office of the company and interphases with clients and investors based in Mumbai on a day to day basis. With the state government machinery based out of Mumbai she also plays a major role in expediting and successfully ensuring the process of approvals, licenses, compliances related to the company’s clients is completed in stipulated timelines.

Prashant Ganghale, Pune Having graduated with a Science background Prashant specializes in identifying the fire, safety and environmental concerns for the clients and oversees compliance of these areas for ensuring smooth operations for the client. Apart from this his core competency lies in providing valuable inputs and advice concerning various statutory requirements to be fulfilled before, during and post setting up of a production facility for various type of industries.

Yogita Kamble, Pune A post graduate in commerce having hands on experience in accounts and finance Yogita manages the company’s cashflows and investments effectively. A key area of operations for Minal is to conduct the searches at government offices , do the due diligence and provide the title reports before registering the agreements.

Yogesh Datar, Kolhapur Having a strong Finance and Strategic Investment experience Yogesh operates out of Kolhapur and coordinates with the company’s buy back clients , set up new projects and provide strategic support to the company’s commercial crop plantations produce which are stocked and marketed through Kolhapur as the transaction and transit hub.

Tushar Haldavnekar, MSc. , Ratnagiri A post graduate in Agriculture ( Forestry )from the Dapoli college Tushar is a fast learning and go getter in the company’s Plantation at Ratnagiri. Having had exposure to various crops and techniques of cultivation he troubleshoots across various crops and provides critical inputs in stabilising the commercial crop plantation .

Prasanna Gogate, Msc. , Ratnagiri Armed with a post graduate degree in Agriculture ( Forestry ) and a go getter attitude Prasanna spearheads the Bamboo and Spice cultivation arm of the company. His personal interest in developing nurseries for various crops he has developed the first bamboo nursery at site and proposes to create separate nurseries for various categories of crops.

Pravin Pawar, MSc. , Ratnagiri With a hands on approach and a post graduate degree in Agriculture from Dapoli with more than 5 years of hard core cultivation exposure Pravin single handedly is setting up one of the company’s new site for Cashew and Spices.

Balaji Ghade, MTech., Ratnagiri Providing the engineering part of commercial cultivation Balaji with a MTech in Agri engineering and his vast knowledge of drip irrigation technology, tools and equipment ensures that the plantation sites are provided with the best possible irrigation and support technologies to harness their benefits for maximum productivity at site.
