Sturdy and Durable

Designed for an allowable concrete pressure of 60KN/m2, Panex are manufactured with high strength aluminium extrusion profiles and are suited for man-handling, and they can be assembled easily with clamps without alignment walers and lifted in large gangs of 40sqm.

All panels are powder coated to enhance its lifespan and available in steel as an alternative.

Composite Shuttering Face

Panex comes fitted with our revolutionary Composite Shuttering Boards of either PlasPly (plastic coated plywood) or TuffPly (all plastic metal reinforced) for an long lasting formwork facing with consistent and excellent concrete finish.

Standard Elements

The high strength and lightweight panels comes in heights of 3000,2500 & 1250mm with 4 standard widths of 1000,750,500 & 250mm. With a total of 12 standard sizes to choose from, you stand to benefit from a high utilization rate with lesser inventory parts.

Simple, Quick, Effective Panex-Lite is a simple to use and quick to assemble full aluminium handset panels, suitable for foundations, walls & corewalls for a allowable concrete pressure of 60KN/m2 With the focus of being sufficiently light for a single man to handle, the largest standard panel of 2400mm x 600mm weight only 27Kgs.

Quick Locking

Panex-lite offer 2 simple locking and tie systems. A a simple pin-n-wedge locking system with tie plates or A tie rod system with intermediate panels. Both systems allows for recoverable tie parts and are safe, quick and simple.

Alignment Walers

Walers are easily fitted behind the panels for alignment of long walls.

Working Platforms

Walkway brackets are easily locked into the panels to provide safe working access.
