Welcome to The Panacea-BOCAF newsletter #10 dated JULY 2010. It would not be a Panacea newsletter without a unique accomplishment to report would it? So let’s get straight into YOUR good news.

First of all, Panacea volunteer’s Sandeep, Rolf, D and Jules Tresor have been consistently enabling the following achievements to surface. There has never been a counter effort of this magnitude to wake people up and to create the needed infrastructure to focus on our area of objective research.

We wish to sincerely thank Sandeep, Rolf, D and Jules Tresor. We wish to extend our thanks to all our new and current subscribers. We are grateful to all of our supporters for being the only ones to help achieve what we are about to report.

We are a team and the communities are bonding, but not without individuals giving us regular needed donations to produce real time results. These results will be proven in this news letter. These individuals cannot do it alone. However small or slight you think your donation is, without it; we won’t be able to continue to help. So please consider that these individuals have done a world of good and that donations WORK. WE are in their debt.

This year more support than ever will be needed to help complete Panacea’s educational model on FREE energy infrastructure, weather engineering and training for fuel saving and pollution reduction retrofit modifications to improve public health. Panacea is intent on creating an educational institute with the advantage of having the capacity to provide independent validation and security on ALL the subject matter needed for social reform. The center is needed to ensure self sufficient sustainable development education to the public from a centralized hub. Secure and with capacity.

Without Panacea and your support, the general public would not get exposure to ALL this subject matter. Policing free energy is one thing, but self sufficient EDUCATION extends to banking reform and other areas of which Panacea is the only institute with the educational capacity to provide. And this will all be packaged into one SELF EVIDENT presentation for the public. Public demos are coming to ensure this!

This year thanks to sponsorship Panacea acquired a non commercial license to help validate Irish company Steorn’s FREE energy device. Our disclosure will be public and will reach many people, both in the academic community and abroad. Steorn cannot do the same demo in the same way. Panacea will configure it into an application needed to make the public and faculties find the FREE energy principle “self evident”.

Steorn are coming up with all the information needed to copy exactly what they have shown to be their claim, so a natural path is to replicate the claim and then move forward to make it better and try to get improved configurations for public applications.

We cannot plant the concept idea ONLY and expect people to go off and invent off the back of it. It has been tried many times over the years. Many different people for over 400 years have been claiming OU, (over unity) but the full info was never given to the public. Therefore engineers in the open source FREE energy community spend a lot of time, in fact years on no budget trying to work out their clues and never get a working model.

There has also never been a concept like the Panacea research center to help secure this knowledge and provide the support the inventors to: Prevent their business incompetence, hold the knowledge in a public trust (preventing it from vanishing if they do or go broke) or be in the public eye validating the technology. Building consumer awareness and demand is mandatory to get support for FREE energy technology from the public.

With Steorn the difference is that they are in communication with Panacea. They have also enabled developer licenses to the public. Whilst Panacea has other ways to make FREE energy inventors get public access without interference, this has so far been an objective move by Steorn but they need our help to make applicators. The faculties are not interested. For 3 years they have ignored Steorn’s technology.

Steorn needs an independent validation from a creditable source like Panacea to “let the cat out of the bag” to the public. Once our credibility is established through Panacea’s public validation of the device, the public will be more receptive to hearing about other EDUCATIONAL material which ONLY we can present to help make the public LEARN about how to become self sufficient.

Panacea has already begun filming the Panacea Steorn production. This production will have answers to help the FREE energy community with our solutions to help get the ALL the educational material out to the public in real time. This production is also to support the open source community and help Steorn.

Panacea begins the world first FREE fuel saving and pollution cutting school

This is the first school of its type in history to be started by the open source community. Thanks to donations of equipment and money (which we still need to source) we can now start to get these systems taught.

The government and faculties are not teaching them. It’s time to remind everyone that there are 920 patents since the 1920’s to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions which have never made it to the public. Where is the INFERSTRUCTURE to educate them?

This school will also teach the public about how the SYSTEM needs security and policing through our no profit organization.

Hosted by Panacea this FREE Expo and school will show all the open source and proprietary retro fitting technologies which we have validated. This will SECURE the information and help get systems to the public. We will be presenting all our fuel saving and emissions data for any mechanic or individual to evaluate. Plus be able to train mechanics and individuals FREE. This school will be held in Brisbane Australia at the state library please contact us for any interests. We expect it to start in late 2010.

This is a very valuable solution to tractors and big diesels. Simple retrofitting modifications are the future for real time health benefits. The following is one small example of how it is mandatory for a car to burn its fuel more efficiency for better results.

A retrofitting garage or research centre such as the one which Panacea proposes must hold the knowledge in a public trust for security to be truly SECURE. Knowledge that is mandatory for health benefits and sustainability needs to be secure. We have

already seen Japanese company Genepax go under and lose their water powered car. This technology had profound implications for sustainability on this planet.

This prototype vehicle ran entirely on water and air. Their technology generated power by supplying water and air to the fuel and air electrodes using a proprietary technology called the Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA). The secret behind MEA is a special material that is capable of breaking down water into hydrogen and oxygen through a chemical reaction.

Other commercial free energy knowledge or technology can go under the same way. If the company like in the case of Genepax goes broke or cannot raise the resources to get industry to manufacture it then it is lost.

Genepax were up against the big car manufactures, there has already been one case of innovation where the big manufactures caused inference and prevented the technology from success.

You can study the Tucker case to verify this. Without a corporation charter to ensure renewable industry must be sought over the place of less efficient designs, or even renewable materials (such as hemp) are used there is no security to ensure the technology survives.

Without sponsorship to help them along (such as the Panacea case) the people who have the profit motive will continue have the means to prevent the sustainable alternative through industrial espionage.

These companies and devices Energy By Motion, Black light power and Hidro are like Genepax essential engineering knowledge to advance education and have profound implications for sustainability for humanity, yet there is no security for interference or faculty ignorance of the principles.

A retrofitting garage specific (such as Panacea proposes) for this type of technology must be in place publicly as a centralized hub to ensure the consistency in the education of these modifications and free energy technologies. A retro fitting garage in the public eye specific for all these technologies under a government subsidy scheme to help retrofit them is the only way to ensure everyone gets to know about these in real time.

You can ask F.M.Chalkalis about where the patent system is at regarding these technologies, and where humanity should be at. The following is a perfect example of how the Panacea infrastructure can produce real time security and support.

It is our great pleasure to report that Abubaker Siddique has volunteered to begin Panacea-Asia out of Pakistan. This will be part of our overseas divisions. Aside from the political situation in Pakistan, there are many below the poverty line. Asia and Pakistan have an educational problem just like we do in the west.

Activism begins! Panacea’s help to educate public in banking reform education

Below is a book donated to the Panacea University entitled “Out of the Red & Into the Black!”. This has been authored by Panacea volunteer Leonard Clampett. This book goes into great detail on how we can achieve interest and debt free loans. This book is also a sobering reminder on how we have the power to lobby our government to create interest free and debt free currency, the only way to get out of debt.

Panacea also conducted R&D in this production and has improved the process, we have shown how a combined power saver can be used in conjunction with a dirty electricity filter and achieve power savings and improve health. Since 1997 to now in 2010, evidence and data continues to be collected by the grass roots movements to show related health and environmental effects from recorded Aerosol chemical spraying (AKA Chemtrails). Panacea will be validating the new Bedini solar amplifier system, thanks to donations we can use this example to show the public a new discovery and advance education. Without us, the knowledge is not safe, the consumer is none the wiser and neither are the faculties with the commercial disclosure alone of this device.

John Bedini has had a free energy device since the 80’s; John first unveiled this publicly with the help of Bill Jenkins Town Hall Meeting in Los Angeles in 1984. John replicated the Kromrey Converter based on Raymond Kromrey's US Patent.

John is on camera testifying that his manufacturing and production team was rapidly infiltrated and destroyed, and M.I.T. bought up the last remaining twelve operational units from John, never to see the light of day again, in the energy from the vacuum science series John Bedini's legendary “G-field generator” from the early 1980s in all its glory running on the bench and putting out more power than John is putting in.

And ejecting a stream of freezing cold air from its interior, where one would “normally” expect heat would be produced and dissipated. John shows the motor running under load with the circuit only completed by a strand of wire the diameter of human hair - impossibility with conventional EM energy. If john approached the

mainstream ethos with all his findings today would he get the same reaction as Steorn received?

John’s Tesla switch battery system is now a commercial product, yet when he posted his video's showing how the device extracts energy from another source (over unity) or as an open system, the company manufacturing it apparently asked him to take them down, as the public will think that the product is a “perpetual motion machine” or “fraud” the same way that Steorn got treated by the economist and others (discredited). We have an educational problem we must address.

However, did John tone it down by reprogramming it? We will have to find out, Panacea has his video’s saved and on file and will film a replication report, we expect the device to be off the production line in one month.

Weather engineering tests begin

Thanks to YOUR donations, Panacea will make our records public showing non compliance by the government to use this CLEAN NON CHEMICAL CHEAP weather engineering technology and not to save the tax payer. Records continue to be collected by us and have been posted on our drought relief page.

Panacea is currently collecting data for training and consultation to help the farmers around the world. This technology is now safe in public hands and won’t be suppressed any longer. Our records have shown that the Australian government has no interest in using this technology. We must show the public that the Panacea infrastructure is needed to create social reform. The public must police it and see how the system is not set up to harbor this sort of technology. This year we will be demonstrating this technology to the public via the media.

Thanks to donations what you’re looking at is the first INDEPENDENT replication of Trevor James constable etheric rain engineering technology. We can now begin the first ever drought relief program to educate the world. But we are still on no budget.

An air borne Tube to be tested by Panacea

Trevor has always tried to convince the establishment (the same as Reich) on his own. However no one could independently validate his results, Panacea intends to have an institution where this can happen and police the neglect as a public service.

Two open source FREE energy systems are being tested with top equipment

An individual has made contact with Panacea and offered to collect extensive data from top grade equipment on a few of our open source systems. We will be testing the Rosemary Ainslie heating circuit and the magnetic resonant amplifier. This is being done to support the open source community, Rose and Norman and Joel.

New MRA winding for higher power

We hope to have results to report in the Panacea university documents in a few months. We are committed to open source FREE energy education and advancing FREE energy education in the mainstream faculties. This sort of education will not make its way into the text books any time soon or by ANY other way.

The IEEE paper covering Rosie’s technology was completed by collaborators in the open source community and a copy is available in our online university, you are needed to spread this to your local university to help advance education. The IEEE response to the paper was that it was more suited for a physics journal. At this time Rose has her own magnetic field model which must be explored and presented. This physics paper must be written and submitted.

Special thanks to Rose for her open source efforts, plus to open source engineers Glen, Jib and Harvey. Full replication details and this paper which you can forward to your local university have been backed up in the Panacea Online University course document.

HH2 Tests

Panacea is currently testing the HH2 hydroxy system. This unique hydroxy system separates the hydrogen and oxygen and does not require you to modify the cars on

board computer, perfectly legal.

Panacea’s HH2 installation

Although the HH2 system is not open source technology, it is one potential hydroxy system which can pave the way for governments to use the technology. This system has CARB approval (a standard recognized worldwide) and currently allows a tax dedication in the USA.

To his credit, Derek, the founder of the HH2 system has pledged to reduce its cost after their initial investment has been recovered. This in itself is a great victory from our influence to help SPREAD THE TECHNOLOGY to capacity and for public health.

Panacea has produced an open source gas separator system which was donated by open source engineer Bill Williams; this can be found in the hydroxy document on the Panacea university site. It is our aim to use this example (and our own press and public testing) to help get a similar rebates or tax deductions from other retro fitting modifications and make it cheaper for the public to get them fitted, save energy and reduce pollution (public health benefits).

Panacea volunteer Brian has been helping construct the GEET furnace; we are also involved in retrofitting a supplementary GEET car. Upon the completion we can

finally open the GEET School Australia, Panacea wanted to have systems replicated for others to learn, not just teach theory.
