TYPES OF LINES
Short, straight line (ending between the middle and index fingers): You need your freedom. You show your love through actions more than words. Not very interested in love and romance.
Short, curved line: You are reserved and prefer small groups to big ones. You open up in one-on-one settings.
Long, straight line: You’re a rational, analytical thinker who always considers others’ feelings, and people appreciate that about you.
Long, curved line: Your passions and desires drive you, and you don’t care who knows it. You freely express emotions and feelings.

Short line (ending near center of palm): prefers physical achievements over mental ones. You’re a fast thinker who reaches conclusions without any hemming and hawing.
Long, straight line: You often find yourself mulling things over (and over) before coming to a decision. Practical and realistic.
Curved line: You’re a creative thinker who can imagine many possible outcomes or approaches to any situation
Split line: Sensitive to others, you can easily see someone else’s perspective. This means you may change your opinion now and then.

THE FATE LINEThis is also known as the line of destiny, and it indicates the degree to which a person's life is affected by external circumstances beyond their control. It begins at the base of the palm. Not everyone has a fate line.
TYPES OF LINES
Deep line: Strongly controlled by fate and outside actors rather than personal planning
Break or direction change: Prone to many life changes by external factors
Positions:
Starts joined to life line: Self-made individual; develops aspirations early on
Joins with the life line around in the middle: Signifies a point at which one's interests must be surrendered to those of others
Starts at base of thumb and crosses life line: Support offered by family and friends.

EXTRA LINES
THE HEALTH LINEWavy line or broken line: Potential health problems in digestive system and a decline of liver or gall bladder function. There is a high chance for you to suffer from gastrointestinal disorder. If it’s bent into a big arc, it shows you a great loss of strength or vigor.
Crossed with short lines: it indicates a poor health and you may tend to be prone to accidents.
Short or composed of short lines, it's also an indication of ill health. You are weak and sick in life with such a kind of line.

THE LOVE LINE
Long, straight line: indicates deep and long love. It shows you are passionate, gentle and usually have a happy family. If you only have one marriage line which is deep and long, close to or touch the Sun line, it shows you could not only enjoy a happy marriage but also achieve great success in career after marriage
Short line: indicates passionless to the opposite sex. If it's also shallow, you usually lack the patience to
pursue the opposite sex and hard to fall deep when fall in love. In most times, if you own this kind of line, you are likely to marriage lately.
Curved downward: Predicts your partner will die earlier than you. If it curves downwards suddenly, your partner may suffer from accidental death. Another situation is that it curves downwards and touches the heart line. This indicates marriage crises and personality clashes with your partner. So, a separation or divorce may be happened.
Curved upward: Indicates constant in love and a settled marriage life. You usually don't have worries about your finance and can lead a rich life with your partner. Also, you could coordinate each other well thus enjoy a happy marriage. The more risen your marriage line, the happier you are.
Forked Y at the beginning: Indicates split-up or divorce. If the fork is not big, the situation is not as bad as it only stands for breaking up for some period of time. (See image)
Forked Y at end: You may spend the whole life in confusion. You may also suffer from indigestion. In addition, fortune for your career is usually not satisfied before 55 years old.
No marriage line: No desire to love or not interested or attracted in the opposite sex.
