The 9th hole, set on the beautiful golf course and lake, is ideal for ceremonies. Your Wedding party will also have private space for preparing for your special day. General Information
Final Selections Final menu selections, room arrangements and other details are due forty-five (45) days prior to your event. Menu pricing can be guaranteed up to ninety (90) days prior to your event. After you provide us with the final selections and arrangements, we will present you with a Banquet Event Order confirming the specific requirements of your event.
Service Charges A twenty (20%) percent service charge and applicable state tax (8.0%) will be added to all food and beverage charges. Please note that service charge is taxable by California state law. Menu prices are subject to market fluctuation.
Deposits A non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your food and beverage total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is equal to 25% of the estimated total. 100% of the final estimated balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
Minimums All events are required to meet a minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to date, time or size of the event. Room minimum do not include service charge, state sales tax or ceremony fees. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the Catering Confirmation Agreement. For minimum requirements for an event under consideration, please contact the Catering Department.
Time Limit All events have a maximum time limit of five (5) hours. If additional time is required, arrangements may be made with Catering Department prior to the event. Additional charges may apply.
Decorations Client must take all decorations and personal belongings at the conclusion of the event. Palm Valley Country Club is not responsible for items left at the club.
Liability Palm Valley Country Club is not responsible for any damage or loss to any merchandise, valuables, or articles belonging to the host or their guests located at the Club property prior, during, or after the function. The host is responsible for any damages incurred at the club, including those involving use of an independent contractor arranged by the host or their representative.
Food and Beverage All food and beverage must be provided by the club, unless otherwise arranges with our Catering Department. Enclosed is a list of possible menu selections. Our Executive Chef is more than happy to work with specialty menus and anything you may envision for your event. We can accommodate gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options as well.
