Severe weather, poor arena conditions or lack of ridership may result in Show being cancelled at the discretion of the Board, Barrel Committee* and members. If all divisions finish three (3) events, it will be considered a complete show with no monies returned. If all divisions finish two (2) events, the choice of either double points only at next scheduled show or a make-up show rescheduled will be at the discretion of the Board, Barrel Committee* and members.
