Accommodation Terms and Conditions &

Cancellation Policy1. GeneralPalm Bay Resort reserves the right to change the location of the services at any time to make all the guests feel comfortable, as necessary and in good faith. The resort will not be held responsible for any act of non-provision of service supplied by a third party.

2.Securing Wedding /Function or Retreat DatesDate requests for exclusive use of the resort, for weddings/functions or retreats must be received in writing. Once these dates have been viewed and accepted, they become secure; with the agreed deposit being due 8 weeks prior to the event date. Any change to the date schedule is subject to both parties being in agreeance. All rooms must be reserved with exclusive use, unreserved rooms will be charged the minimum 2 night stay price.

3. Deposits and payments The resort reserves the right to require a deposit of $2000.00 on the day of booking the resort.

4. Prices All our prices include Gains Added Tax at the current rate. Rates below are secured for April 2016 till March 2017. Rates are subject to change thereafter. Packages cannot be amended, all extras will be charged accordingly. All prices are based on 40 pax sole use and 30pax non sole use.

5. Refusal of AlcoholOur Management and staff have the authority to refuse any patron who we seemunduly intoxicated.

6. Property DamageAny damage to resort property the guests will be liable to pay for any property damage before departure.

7. Cancellations Once your initial confirmation has been received, all cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the resort. 8 wk – 4wks loss of deposit4 wks – 14 days loss of 50% of monies paid to the resortUp to 14 days, loss of monies paid to the resort

We shall make every effort to resell the space for a similar value, should this be possible we will waive the cancellation charges except the deposit. The resort reserves the right to cancel any forward booking, without liability on its part, in the event of damage or destruction of the hotel, or any other cause beyond the control of the hotel. In these unlikely circumstances, all efforts will be made to reschedule the retreat clients; to a future retreat. If a reschedule is not possible a full refund will be given.
