Celebrations& Activities Galore

Teachers Day – 5th September.

The day is observed with much zeal and enthusiasm in school by the students.

Students organize stage performances and several other activities to entertain

their teachers. They show their love and affection through their gestures.

Career Counselling session

A Workshop was organized for the students of XI and XII of Commerce Stream

by Mr.Srinivas Kulkarni from ISFS,to acquaint them with various career options to

avail in future.

Assembly :

“Practice makes a student Perfect” is what is advocated by the students of grade

IX in the Assembly. They had put up the theme in an innovative way and were

appreciated by Mrs.S.Sunitha Rao, Principal DPS Nacharam, also a Committee

member for CBSE Affiliation who had come for the inspection for the extension of

general affiliation process of the school.

Swachhata Pakhwada – Cleanliness drive for Swachh Bharat :

School has taken the initiative in motivating young bright minds towards cleanliness

drive. Students have been engaged in various activities spreading awareness of

significance of basic sanitation and hygiene in the surrounding area.

Essay writing competition was also held for grade VIII as a part of their Swachh

Bharat Programme on 11th September.

Educational Tour:

The students of grades VI – VIII have gone on an educational tour to Mysore –

Coorg from 26th Sept – 30th Sept. More than 80 students accompanied by 8

teacher escorts have enjoyed the lush green of Coorg and its plantations and the

beautifully decorated Mysore palace in its full glory during the Dussehra season.

The 107 students of grades IX – XII with 10 escort teachers will be going to Agra

– Dhanaulti from 30th Sept to 5th Oct as part of their educational tour.

CBSE REGISTRATION :

The verification of details of grade IX, X, XI and XII for CBSE

registration was done.

TERM EXAMS :

Half Yearly / Periodic Test II for grades VIII, IX, X and Quarterly Exams

for grades XI and XII were concluded successfully from 16th Sept – 26th

Sept.

DUSSEHRA BREAK :

The school has declared Dussehra break from 27th Sep to 13th Oct the time

for children to celebrate and rejuvenate. The school reopens on Monday 14th

Oct 2019.

Achievements:

1.Students of PMS Bowenpally had enthusiastically participated in UDBHAV FEST

at DPS Nadergul and bagged the rolling trophy for the second consecutive year by

winning various prizes in the following fields:
