Each flat is composed of 4 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and two water-closets, one of the European style and one of the Arab style. I n each flat there are 2 rooms to the south wi th a balcony on the K i n g Feissal Street. These rooms arc open between them, and are only separated by a door made of wood which may be opened or closed by a mere push (l ike a drawer). The area of these rooms is 4 x 4 and 5X4 respectively. The two other rooms are on the east side of the house. I n a l l the flats there is an i n stal la t ion of hot water through a pipe from an electrical motor working on mazout, instal led beneath the house.
