Brief Introduction
PICT is a state-of-the-art Container Terminal at Karachi Port designed to handle the containerized cargo at International Standards.
Implementation Agreement (IA) signed with Karachi Port Trust (KPT) in 2002 to design, construct, operate and transfer after 21 years a modern Container Terminal.
Newly Built Berths, commissioned in 1998, designed depth 13.5 meters.
Sponsors operating at KPT since 1964 as stevedores.
Stacking Area 220,000 Square Meters.
Container Terminal with the youngest fleet of equipment commissioned in 2004-2008.
