Kathy “I joined after I heard about it through our Employer Wellness program. I realized I was not being a very good role model for my clients in Cardiac Rehab and Wellness. The contests and challenges motivated me. My weight loss increased when I started weighing in more often.”

Roy "My parents died young. My dad was diabetic. My mom had heart problems. When I got to be her age, I said I’m not ready to go. I’ve lost 80 pounds, and earned more than $300 which I used to buy new clothes. I kept my old size 46 pants though as a reminder to myself."

Ashley "The weekly weigh ins and the daily inspirational quotes fueled my fire and energy to lose the weight. I liked seeing the progress right in front of me. I have more energy and I don’t get sick as often. My blood pressure and cholesterol are both low again and I am so thankful!”
