The ERR was initiated but halted due to lack of funding at the Corps.Hogan's Creek is a direct tributary of the St. Johns River -- a federally-designated AmericanHeritage River. Hogan's Creek is a Class III fresh waterbody, with a designated use ofrecreation, propagation, and maintenance of a healthy, well-balanced population of fish andwildlife.
