o Looks after Saville Consulting’s interests in the Asia Pacific Region, with offices currently in Hong Kong, Sydney, Auckland, Singapore, Melbourne, Canberra, Malaysia and Brisbane.

o Hands on practitioner with 30 years experience in management, human resources and organisational psychology. Previously President Asia Pacific for SHL, and has carried out assignments in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, China, India and Korea.

o Has had project management responsibility for innumerable international assignments in the Asia Pacific region. Extensive experience in cross border collaboration having been a senior executive in multinationals for 20 years.

o Conducts most of Saville Consulting’s accreditation programs in Asia Pacific. Consulting portfolio includes individual and group assessment, job analysis and competency profiling, validation, executive coaching, and transition counselling. Has particular expertise in large scale selection systems. Scott’s passion is the practical application of good theory and research to assist organisations achieve their goals. As a psychologist with considerable management and HR experience is well placed to achieve practical results and give objective consulting advice.

o Has managed projects as large as $4M, and he has developed large scale assessment systems for banks, airline pilots and the telecommunications industry.

o Graduated with Honours in Psychology at Sydney University, is a registered psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society and Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management
