CITIZEN DISPUTE April 20 11:05 p.m., Durkee Road, Huntsburg. Call- er says her Amish neighbors have been harassing her. They have cut holes in their fence to lure the dogs out of their yard in the past. Tonight caller let her dog out. When she went out to get the dogs inside, the one Amish neighbor was clapping his hands and calling the dog trying to lure it to their yard. She shined a flashlight at them and they ran away. They have thrown things at the dogs in the past. Caller requests deputy speak with neighbors tomorrow about disturb- ing their dogs. April 23 5:56 p.m., Woodin Road, Hambden. Neighbor is throwing fireworks/M80s at the caller’s livestock. Caller is safe in her residence but was instructed to call 911 if the male comes on her property. This is an ongo- ing dispute between neighbors over her animals. Deputies were last the location on Saturday. Caller believes neighbor is doing these things intentionally to fright- en animals. Neighbor confirmed her was shooting his airsoft gun and lighting bot- tle rockets, but not toward property line. Both neighbors were asked to get along and try to curtail their behaviors. Advice given to all parties involved. ESCAPE April 21 9:06 p.m., Ravenna Road, Claridon. Fur- loughed inmate just ran out of the hos- pital heading toward safety center. Last seen heading toward Merritt, still in his jumpsuit with hospital gown over jump- suit, wearing no shoes. Per UH, male still has his IV. TriPoint Medical Center advised to keep an eye out for male. Re- port taken. FRAUD April 21 2:31 p.m., Mentor Road, Chardon. Social Se- curity Number has been compromised. Caller is changing her bank accounts. Caller advised he made an account on LinkedIn and was contacted by a com- pany that showed interest in her and asked her to complete an application. Caller completed the application and they hired her. A few days later she received a check for $1,900. The check was fake and the bank is completing an investiga- tion. All communication was done via a Google app, unknown name. Caller was concerned because her SSN was on the application papers. Advice was given. No bank account information was given out. HARASSMENT April 23 1:35 p.m., Whitney Road, Montville. Husband is sending nasty text messages. Female would like to make a report. April 25 6:12 p.m., Mitchells Mill Road, Chardon. Call- er needs to make report for phone harass- ment. Upset customer about a roofing job caller’s husband had done. Caller states customer called multiple times and left three messages complaining about the hob. No threats. Customer was advised to not call anymore and she stated she would be handling this matter in civil court. Caller then hung up on deputy. ROAD RAGE April 20 3 p.m., Greenbrier Drive, Munson. Caller reports her neighbor drove her off the roadway. Caller is the ex-girlfriend of male subject as of two years ago. Spoke with female who advised male used his vehicle to attempt to push her off the road. Female advised this was an ongoing problem and she may go get a protection order. Deputy spoke with male subject who admitted he was following caller and did pass her; however, he felt he made a safe pass and did not come close to her vehicle. Ongoing issue and she had her house egged twice by male’s brother. Deputy explained to male that caller and her mother were going to apply for a pro- tection order. Advice given. SICK/INJURED ANIMAL April 23 6:17 p.m., Ravenna Road, Auburn. Injured turkey in the ditch. Penitentiary Glen contacted and advised to bring turkey to them. Deputy transported turkey to Pen- itentiary Glen and place it into the after hours animal drop-off crate. SUSPICIOUS April 20 11:41 a.m., Aquilla Road, Claridon. Caller ad- vised his house “trembled.” He wants to file a report about it. Male advised he felt his house shake. He also was contacted by his daughter who lives 50 feet away and she advised she felt her house shake. Unknown from what. Male advised he did not hear any loud noises in the area. April 24 12:39 a.m., Hoover Road, Troy. Hears people “hooting and hollering” down the road from her. Thinks someone may be trying to let her cows out. 5:51 p.m., Rapids Road, Troy.
