NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGThe Annual General Meeting of the Mansfield
District Racing Club will be held onWednesday 8th October 2014 at 7.00 pm in the Club Rooms.
The ordinary business of an Annual General Meeting will:(a) confirm the minutes of the previous Annual
General Meeting and of any Special General Meeting held since that meeting; and
(b) receive from the Committee reports upon the transactions of the Club during the last preceding Financial Year;
(c) elect members to the Committee; (d) to appoint the Auditor of the Club; and(e) receive and consider the financial statement
submitted by the Club in accordance with the Act.
Other business of Annual General Meetings will consider:(f) any Special Business submitted by a voting
member of which notice has been given to the Club by 22 September 2014.
(g) any other business which under the Club Model Rules or by the provisions of the Act ought to be or may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.

RACV is seeking “Expressions of Interest” from suitably qualified and enthusiastic businesses to provide 24 hour/7 days a week, Emergency Roadside Assistance and towing to our members. Interest is sought from operators to provide RACV services across the above areas.This will involve the utilisation of appropriate mechanically skilled staff, equipment, service vehicles and towing equipment to deliver member services across the service area. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accounts all-rounder to join the Mt Buller Mt Stirling Resort Management Finance team on a 12 month maternity leave placement. The position is located in Alpine Central on Mt Buller.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will work in a team responsible for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & Procurement functions of the organisation.
Your initiative, flexibility, and communication skills within this team environment is critical for success in the role developing relationships with staff, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and visitors to the Resorts.
Ideally, you will have had experience in a similar role comprising invoicing, debtor control, cash reconciliations, banking, payroll, and creditors.
Your attention to detail and high level of accuracy is essential to the role. You should possess sound Excel, Word & Outlook skills and experience using a computerised accounting/payroll package.
You are a committed, self-motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to meet deadlines and work without constant supervision.
