PROBLEM

Fitness First had no resource to manually send daily SMS campaigns to their members

An automated solution was required to send marketing and loyalty messages everyday including weekends

Message delivery and opt out reports also needed to be automated back into SDL’s Campaign Manager

SOLUTION

The first stage was to map key contacts from SDL and Dynmark technical & delivery teams

The teams created an auto FTP solution into the Dynmark Campaign Manager SMS application to trigger automated SMS campaigns

Dynmark added additional functionality into Campaign Manager to trigger automated reports back onto an FTP
