Superintendent Terrance Dougherty called the Regular Meeting of
the Board of Education to order at 6:58PM.
Members Present: Terry Whitt, Rebecca Smith, Gene Homer,
Christopher Geer, Sr., Wayne Highlands Representative, Lothar
Holbert.
Others: Superintendent Terrance Dougherty, Director of Pupil
Personnel Jackie Beamer, Substitute District Clerk, Jennifer
Gill
Absent: Todd Jacobs and K-12 Principal Julie Bergman.
There were no visitors.
Smith moved, with a second by Geer to go to the Re-Org meeting
to review and vote on the items in the agenda. Superintendent
Terrance Dougherty commenced the Executive Session at 7:00 PM.

Geer moved, with a second by Homer to terminate Re-Org Session.
President Whitt terminated Executive Session at 7:02 PM and
declared the meeting in Open Session.
