High Five Celebration atWoodland Elementary

Woodland Elementary School students who earned High Five Celebrations with excellent grades in academics and be-havior got to rotate through five events at the end of the school year. At left, boys and girls danced under dimmed lights in the media center. Below left, students line up to scoot under the limbo stick. Below are boys and girls tossing ballons and blowing bubbles. Below that are students taking turns with hula hoops.

High achieving students at Wood-land Elementary School are hon-ored quarterly with High Five Cel-ebrations. Boys and girs, ranging from kindergarten through the fifth grade, who attain excellent academic and behavior grades are invited to fun-filled events that occur every nine weeks. The last High Five Celebrations of the Year included Coke Floats and Movies in the cafeteria.
