Grammar check

1. Go to link- https://www.grammarly.com.2. Create an account, it is free. Unless you plan to upgrade it.

3. Once you have signed up, here is how it will look like.4. Click on “New” and you may paste your text/sentence for checking.5. You can also type your sentence directly. Give it some time to response.

6. Here is the sample. If there was an error in your sentence, be it grammar issue or typo error, the software is able to detect and underline the errors.

7. You may do correction by clicking on the suggested word, as shown on the right side in the below screenshot.

8. Once you click, it would automatically replace the suggested word for you.

Personally, I would prefer to do the checking on google translate. Once you have an account with the Grammarly, it will automatically link to the google translate. I will also explain the ways step by step.

1. Firstly, you would need to download google software if you did not have one. Go to https://translate.google.com.sg. This is what will appear on your pc.

2. Simply paste your sentence into the box and the software will do the checking for you. The system will show you the errors and I have circled it in red for you info.

3. Click on “CORRECT” and the Grammarly page will pop-up.

4. Do the correction accordingly and click on “Back to Google Translate” to return to the google translate page once completed.

5. When corrections have been made, the circle arrow will appear in green.

Note## Even how smart a device is, it is still invented by humans like us and error might be occurred. Hence, it would be best that you could read through your sentence again to ensure punctuality.
