Padded College Logo Clothes Hanger

Greetings. I hope this finds you well. Here is a quick project to make for your college bound teenage. Make several and he/she will be the envy of the college crowd. Peace, Robert fromNancy's Fabrics.
Supplies:
1/3 yard college logo fabric
Batting
Scissors
Seam Ripper
Thread
Sewing Machine

Directions:1.)Trace around your hanger. This will be your sew line.


2.)Cut out your hanger fabric leaving a 1/2" seam allowance.

3.)Trace around your hanger fabric pattern - cut two of the batting.

4.)Cut out 2 of your batting.

5.)Place your two hanger fabric pieces right sides together on top of your batting layers. Stitch around remembering to leave openings for hanger hook and for turning right sides out.

6.)Turn your padded hanger. Clip around curves before turning.

7.)Clip around curves. Careful not to clip your stitching.

8.)Insert hanger into padded fabric make sure your hanger is between your layers of batting. There should be batting on both sided of the hanger.

9.)Close up showing hanger hook hole.
