PULASKI ACADEMY & CENTRAL SCHOOLDISTRICT GOALS
Instructional Goals:
1. All students will meet or exceed NYS standards including the Common Core Learning Standards.
The district will continue to: Utilize data analysis to monitor student performance. Provide appropriate programming and effective instruction for all students. Provide staff development to define and implement research based
instructional strategies. Integrate writing activities in all curriculum areas. Articulate and coordinate curriculum in all areas. Implement the PACS Comprehensive Plan.
2. All students will be physically and mentally healthy.The district will continue to: Promote Character Education. Provide education and support for lifelong physical, mental and social
health. Utilize a student management plan based on Choice Theory.

Non-Instructional Goals:
1. There will be financial stability for the district. The district will:
Make cost containment efforts on-going. Continually seek outside sources for revenue enhancement.Utilize long range financial planning.
2. Facilities will be maintained and cleaned for health, safety and longevity.The district will: Expand cleaning for health efforts. Improve efforts to recycle waste items. Pursuing the capital building project.
3. Communications within the district will be appropriate and effective.The district will: Refine and expand opportunities for communications among all employee
groups, the Board of Education and the community.
