Packaging solutions for temperature-controlled transports
Storopack’s consulting offers competent answers to your packaging questions on temperature-managed transport. All factors are included, such as thermal conditions during transit time, the composition of the packaging, the transport times and the cooling medium used.
Storopack offers individual solutions and a standard range with around 30 different thermoboxes.
▪ Insulated boxes made of EPS, Neopor® and EPP▪ 1.5 l to 101.5 l inside volume▪ Modular solutions with intermediate rings for flexible extension of packing space ▪ Modular solutions with attachable freezer compartments for thermal packs or dry ice▪ Pre-qualified system solutions▪ Refrigerants: Thermal packs, gel cushions, cool bricks, dry ice▪ Data loggers
▪ High-performance insulation (2.5 times better than EPS)▪ In comparison to VIP (vacuum insulation panels) no danger of vacuum loss▪ Flexibly adaptable to various box sizes▪ No tools necessary for production▪ Reusable▪ Delivered flat-lying, saving storage costs▪ Material thicknesses 5 - 20 mm, depending on requirements of additional insulation performance
High insulation panels
Insulated boxes of polystyrene (EPS) can be clad with high insulation panels (HIPs), which considerably lengthens the time at temperature in the transport box. This means you can reach critical destinations with your conventional insulation systems as well.

Insulated box made of polystyrene (EPS), type 210, inner dimensions 230 x 230 x 180 mm, clad in 2-part HIP, 10 mm
Insulated box made of Neopor, type 218, inner dimensions 500 x 300 x 205 mm, clad in 2-part HIP, 10 mm

With high insulation panel
The climate chamber test shows that insulated box type 210 with high insulation panels (HIP) keeps to the 2-8°C temperature range 14 hours longer than without HIP.
